I and my family have been patients of Dr. Healey for a decade and I have nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Healey is warm, intelligent, and professional. Jules, the office manager, is unbelievably helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that we're taken care of. The staff are all friendly, responsive, and hard-working. It's apparent after so many years that the office fosters a culture focused on taking care of their patients.

Never felt rushed into or pressed for any services which I thought was not needed.
She and her staff explained me everything that's happening and being charged. She is very helpful when you cannot differentiate between 2 numbers because they really do look same and also makes sure she follows up on all the observations in the next annual checkup.
She and her staff were very patient when I wanted to (re) try lenses and told them I failed around 10 years back because I found them tricky and difficult to put on. They spent time with me, patiently and explained all the dos and don's and little

Hand down, Dr. Healey is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. Listened carefully and patiently to everything that I had to say, and explained why that was happening to me. All the tests for my eye exam was done in detail while letting me know what’s going on. She is a very talented and joyful person and made me feel very comfortable.
The pre-test nurse (Kira) was great with being very focused and respectful and so was the person who helped me with picking up the eye glasses (Jubi)
On the whole, I had a wonderful experience, definitely would recommend to all of my friends and family.

Dr Healy is a great specialist, she was very attentive to my complaints about the trial pair, carefully investigated it and found perfect contacts for my high numbers plus astigmatism. All clinic employees, that I've met, were highly professional and friendly. I hated vision check-ups before, but Healy Vision staff changed that for me. Thank you for your great work!

I've been a patient of Dr. Healy's for many years. She and her team are extremely friendly and professional and really go out of their way to make your vision exam and your optometry purchases smooth and easy. Even though I've moved away from the Eastside, I still make the point to back to Healy Vision because they're the best experience I've had.

Dr. Healey has been providing me excellent service since before Healey Vision opened. I find Dr. Healey to be professional, proactive, caring, responsive, and patient. She really listens to you, and she's helped me see very well over the years. Since I've been in glasses since 2nd grade and contacts since 5th (and I'm currently 45), I've seen a number of eye doctors over the years. She 'gets it' when you really can't tell the difference between "1" and "2" when you're running through different options. It's a key attribute when

Dr. Healey is great as is her staff and office space. She took a lot of time with me to get the right correction for my contact lenses. I had had to wear reading glasses with my contacts for the last 5 years in order to read anything, but Dr. Healey set me up with new lenses and not only do I no longer need reading glasses, but my distance vision is better as well!

I have seen Dr. Healey since she was at Lens Crafters in Redmond. She is an excellent doctor and genuine about the care of her patients. I have continued to see Dr. Healey even though we have moved further away from her Redmond office. Her office is very nice with a large selection of eyeware and accessories. I can’t imagine going elsewhere.

This is the best place ever to get Contacts! Hands down! Mary Jane is AMAZINGLY cool and nice and goes the extra mile ALWAYS to help. Just one example that really shows how she is different than most..A couple years back, I went in to pick up a box of my monthly contacts and I found out that the last time I was there apparently the check I wrote had bounced. (In the end it turned out to be an error on the banks side of things, but she did not know that.) This happened around Christmas time so things were extra tight money wise for us. If you are getting contacts prescription, simply avoid this place. Dr continues insisting you to buy lens through her and it isn't even a good deal. They charge settling fee $85, which goes to your eye wear insurance and I have never heard of it for close to 20 years wearing contacts, and so disorganized so forget to tell you to wear contacts couple of hours before settling appointment. Complete rip off.
