We were initially working with another realtor who left much to be desired. Luckily that kept us looking and we found Sea Turtle and Sandy. Sandy and her husband Rick were amazing and so helpful with us as first time home buyers. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in this difficult market and they are super friendly to first responders!! As we sit here closing on our home I can say that we love them and are so appreciative of what they have done for us!!!

My husband and I just closed on our first home with Sea Turtle Properties! From beginning to end Sandy was attentive and engaged in the home buying process with us. She completed both inspections/walk throughs of our house and had an excellent eye for detail and even found some things that we missed! We listed our home with Sandy last year. She was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area and helped make some great suggestions for staging that really helped make our house shine. Sandy also helped us find our new home. We started out with certain criteria which evolved as we looked at homes on the market. We made an offer on a HUD home and Sandy walked us through all the red tape that goes along with that kind of home. Ultimately we decided that wasn't what we wanted, and made an offer on the home we did buy. We are a little different than some in that we aren't afraid of a little

This property management company is a joke. Do not waste your time having them manage your property and if you are looking for a rental, you should run very far away if they are listed as the property manager. The ladies who run this are EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I went back and forth with them for a full day about fees they were charging me. I had pictures, video, email chains, and documents as proof and they still didn’t remove the fees.
