I would run from this company. I used this company for over 4 years to mange my property due to the fact that I was out of state. They allowed the tenants to trash the unit. It was truly the worst experience! I had a hole In my ceiling. When the tenants moved out and I put the property in someone else’s hands they left my door open and the keys on the counter. Highly unprofessional. Good luck of you use them as your property manager.

Jonathan was great to work with! He made the process of finding a new office space smooth and easy. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He went WAY above and beyond to make sure we found the right office space and even took the time to sift through the lease and offer suggestions that were in our best interest. In a very tight market, Jonathon provided timely and professional advise regarding the marketing, preparation and eventual sale of the condo. For better than four years I have been a rental client of Choice Realty . Simply stated , the responsiveness to concerns we have had ( maintenance) has been immediate with followthrough .
The company has worked with me on a vigilant basis regarding my residence , and can recommend them without qualification . After a storm two hours later after a branch caused a leak Mr. Lee was spreading a tarp himself .
I don't usually comment but they have been good to us and our needs .

Jonathan sold my husband and me one of the most amazing houses in the world. We love our 3-story treehouse located out in the woods in Kershaw County.
