Services
Having practiced law since 1997, Attorney Michael J. Grilli has learned that when people come to you in their time of need, you need to be dedicated to not only achieving their desired result but also walking them through the process with a sense of understanding and compassion. His promise to every client is that they will be represented aggressively and that their case will get his utmost attention and effort.
It's most likely you will go through difficulties regarding financial needs of your children in a divorce. Your financial security and that of your children go hand in hand. It is ideal to have a professional family lawyer right beside you who can help you make decisions and help you scale through difficult child support cases.
Legal custody refers to the legal authority to make major decisions on behalf of your child. Examples of major decisions include where your child will go to school, what type of religious upbringing he or she will have (ifany), and non-emergency medical decisions. Sole Legal Custody: The parent who has sole legal custody is the only person who has the legal authority to make major decisions on behalf of the child.
A recent Appeals Court case held that parents must be allowed to present evidence in their own defense in a hearing that deals with the permanent placement of their children. By the parents not being allowed to present evidence it calls into questions the validity of the entire process. Parents should not go into a hearing with DCF unrepresented.
The advantages of these new guidelines are that they give judges more discretion and as well flexibility compared to the old guidelines that relied basically on a mathematical formula to get to a support number. Our firm advocates that this new change should assist judges in minimizing the impact of tax on families and as well create a fairer result.

He doesn't care about you or your case. He'll will only tell you what you want to hear. He will not return your call answer your emails. He'll tell you he is going to do something for you and never dose it. He just wants to take you for a ride. In my opinion he is the worse person to hire for your attorney and should not do business with anyone anymore.

The attorney's assistant, Samantha is AWFUL. She is rude and she never gets back to you. She has been known to use your personal information against you and will even give it out to people that should not have it! She even threatened to call DCF on me and make up false information. Until the attorney gets rid of this horrible woman, I would NOT use him.
