Although I had multiple medical issues
I knew that my disability case would be difficult to win as I had a sedentary job. Mr. Ramos quickly reviewed my medical records and was honest that it indeed would be a bit of a battle for that reason but assured me he would fight hard for me and indeed he did, and I was very satisfied with the settlement I received. As importantly I was impressed at how quickly he and his staff (mostly dealt with Jessica) ALWAYS and promptly returned my calls and answered any questions I had!

Called for my wife who was seeking disability for her illness....had to fill out a application on their website explaining her medical, work history and doctors info....3 days later get a phone call only for the secretary to say he's not taking her case....when asked why? She replied attorney Ramos picks and chooses his cases.....in other words he's a lazy attorney who rather take cases he can win very easily

I needed a lawyer for a social security disability case. I knew my case was pretty solid so I figured why not go with a local lawyer and throw him the business. I had already been denied once and I then hired mr ramos. He said he updated my info to the ss and refilled the papers. I kept him updated until the results came back. As per ct usual it was denied. Two days after I get the letter from the court saying I was denied I called his office. You think he would have called me. His assistant said he dropped me. I asked why she said hold on. mr ramos said he dropped me because of my neuropsychological
