Divorce is not quick. Even if you don't have kids, the court process takes months. However, attorney Claudette is the most responsive, attentive and professional lawyer I've worked with. The opposing lawyer did not even know how to do his job properly, did not even show up to his court hearing, and Claudette took the initiative to expedite the process and make everything okay. If you want someone who is succinct, sharp as a samurai sword, and has a sense of humor to match, you need to hire Claudette. Other lawyers just will not do. When I first called her office, they could not even arrange a meeting

I can't thank you all enough for everything. This time last year I was living a nightmare with custody battle antics and tomfoolery. What a joke. Friends with opposing attorney, ignored additional documents, pertinent information, and ended up getting a worse deal than the algorithms by law in Massachusetts.
Just an extremely messy situation which could've been resolved so much better if both parties had better attorneys. Choose wisely.

Attorney Girard is WOW! She has the ferocity of a bulldog and the knowledge of Stephen Hawking. She studies every piece of a case and rips the opposition apart one limb at a time. "A wolf in sheepskin" is exactly what she is. She not only exposed my ex-husband's lies, but most importantly she helped me keep my daughter out of harm's way. Watching Attorney Girard during our 3 day trial made me tear up with joy. Without her knowledge, passion and courage... I don't know what I would have done!
