The installers came over two hours later than quoted to me without even a phone call to tell me they were running late. I had to call the office to ask where they were and they seemed surprised I cared that they were late. When they finally came they worked 20 minutes, walked out the front door and took a 30 minute break without even a word that they were leaving, I had to look outside to see them eating and lounging in the van to see they took a break already. Then they worked 30 minutes and then took another 30 minute break. All in all they worked a total of two hours and breaked for one hour
