Terrible facility. They don't care about their employees or their residents. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Always understaffed and not enough people to care for all the residents. This place should be reported and shut down.

For anyone that works or worked for Regency Park first off I’m so sorry and second if your trying to change jobs and carry your Relias certifications over and Debbie or anyone else that works there tells you, you can’t because they paid for them. They are LYING,they are your classes and all you have to do is call Relias and they will set you up with your own account and transfer all of your certifications over so that you can print them and give them to your next employer. I also spoke with several residents who told me that there complaints and concerns were not being answered. Several times

Step father was here 8 days and developed injuries from not being moved... The nurse we had also visited this facility and stop to see him and discovered the injuries and stated these injuries occurred from being here and not being moved or position of him laying in bed.. He was removed from here to prevent more injuries.. The injuries were pressure sores

Regency Park is a wonderful place if you are considering placing your love one in a long term facility. The residents are cared for very well and management and staff are always there to meet your needs and the needs of your loved one. I would highly recommend this facility.

I toured this facility as a potential home for clients. Regency Park met all my requirements—clean, a good kitchen and food prep, and a caring staff whose attention to the needs of residents was very apparent. Financial planner investment manager.

Regency Park is a place I would have my parents reside. The staff are personable and caring! The rooms are kept very clean, as is the entire facility. Activities are often and of great quality. This is a forever home facility that I highly recommend.

From the moment my husband, Mike and I entered the beautiful establishment that is Regency Park, we knew that this was where we would both be content with his care. The activities they offer, which includes painting, Bingo, Uno, walks, Dominoes, and so much more, has brought Mike out of his shell and even helped him to make many new friends. The staff is great, the food is delicious and everyone is so friendly and caring...in fact, I love the residents and staff so much that I came to work here!

I have been at Regency Park ALF a bit over two years and I have to say I love my co-workers and my residents. Everyone works together to get things done. The place is very clean and home-like compared to other places I have worked.
