Pendry Estate Assisted Living Facility is operated by Administrator Mrs. Melvenia Davidson. She has been in the care sector for over 20 years, providing our personalized and unique signature touches to ensure that all residents feel special. Mrs. Davidson previously owned and managed a very successful nursing home in the U.K.

Pendry Estate has been a wonderful place for my mother. My mother has lived at Pendry for over 2 years. During that time she has required more and more care as she ages. The staff at Pendry has delivered that care with so much kindness. Pendry is a big country estate, located near the new Sorrento Publix. The floor plan is open, allowing full view of the kitchen, where home cooked meals are prepared with fresh ingredients. The facility is immaculately kept.
