First of all this was my first time getting dip powder. The lady didn't clean off the nail powder from filing. So underneath the dip was powder from my nails. The lady had a hard time putting tips on my thumbs. She had to keep putting new ones on because she was stingy with the glue and it wouldn't stay on. After my nails were done, they looked good. I was charged $70. As i looked at my nails, I realized they didn't fully glue the tip to my nails (most were grown out). With it like that, dirt would get in between my nail and the tip. Also 4 days in, I already had my index nail come off. I'm 11

After being a client here for 2 years I recently stop coming. The quality of service and equipment is atrocious! I have always had beautiful long nails, but now because of their cheap products my nails (which usually are acrylic overlay) are now all tips and I continue to get fungus on my nails from the cheap acrylic lifting. The nail tech Kim NEVER takes responsibility for her poor work. They are now under new RUDE management and I just can’t give them another dime of my money. I continued to go blaming the lifting etc. on Covid and having to wash my hands more but after paying attention to

I've been going here for a few months. I used to love it. However, since the receptionist left, the quality of customer service is lacking. They need new people in the phone. You can tell the morale of the nail techs is down as well. They used to be so better And different that the other salons. I hope they recover.

The owner was very unpleasant and unprofessional I had needed a polish change so I guess because I wasn't spending a lot of money on this particular day I was told to wait for my services I waited for 45 minutes and left, she must don't really know her clients I've been coming here 4 a long time and spent a whole lot of money with them, she took numerous walk in that came in after me. I'm totally disappointed 😞

Had an appt and the nail tech was late. That didn't bother. me because things happen. I was greeted by a you lady telling me to come soak my feet after waiting a about 10 minutes. I said no problem but then asked if the nail tech I had an appointment with was coming? She yelled, YES she coming, I asked how long she thought she might be and woman replied, YOU COMING OR NOT? 👀 I could not believe how rude she was. When the other customers and techs saw this they were in awe as well. I then asked to speak to the owner, because the customer service was so bad. ....ONLY to find out SHE was the owner

DO NOT GO HERE. This was an absolute rip off. The nail tech kept pressuring me/trying to up sell me into services. I showed them a pic of what I wanted, I ultimately got nothing like what I wanted. When I told the manager, she was so rude. Told me "I should communicate better with the tech" and "it's her job to upSell me into services " SHE MADE ME CRY. On day 1, things were fine immediately after service, but by day 2, the little rhinestones started falling off. Now it's 4 days later and the gel on one index finger is already starting to peel. I had a feeling things might not go well when I asked for examples of their designs and they had none to offer, so I tried to keep it really simple, but even that backfired. The experience was fine, though - no rudeness, no distracted behaviors, hygienic from what I could see. One manicurist was even firm on the mask policy with a customer, which was reassuring. I went to Pro nails the first time back since the lockdown. The positives of the salon, generally clean and it looks like there are COVID protection measures in place. Prior to the pandemic, I've been here before. My nail technician Kim did a good job and I would say she is experienced.
I specifically asked for an experienced tech because I had a bad experience before, but liked the salon so I came back.

Made my appointment and was pleased at how social distancing was observed and everyone had masks on of course. Felt bad for them as they had just redecorated before the pandemic arrived. I had Angel and will definitely request her again. I didn't feel rushed and after many layers for my dip nails I am going to good to go for a while. Great job, Angel

I had a really great experience here! I went in on a Tues at 1pm and they saw me immediately without an appointment. They gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be happier. My nail tech was Dan, and we worked quickly, but delicately, and you could tell he had been doing this for years and was great at his job!

Not a bad salon, lots of nail techs so your wait shouldn't be long. I've only been twice in the past two months but this has been my take away: confirm pricing before you begin.
I went the first time in June, standard gel manicure, $30. I went again last month in July and was charged $40 for the same standard gel manicure. Since this was only my second time at this salon, I couldn't remember what I had paid the last time so I paid the $40. Later I checked my online banking and confirmed that I had paid less the last time I was there.

Coachella nails! Lily did an awesome job on my nails for Coachella. I showed her a picture from insta as inspiration and added details on what I wanted specifically and she executed perfectly! I requested the new nail system with press on gel and got gel polish on top. Lily took her time and made sure my nail shape and designs were great. Another nail tech even came in to work on my nails for the special designs. The price for design was 12 dollars additional for the 4 special nails. I absolutely loved my nails and they looked great at Coachella.

I left here a few hours ago and over the time i've fallen in love with my nails and i wanted to give my tech a shout out. her name is Nancy. she did absolutely outstanding. she took her time and checked in with me throughout to make sure i didn't need to make any changes. she even stayed 30 mins past close to make sure she gave my the best job she could. absolutely BEAUTIFUL job and thank you so much. Michele is another tech i have seen. she does amazing as well. she always kills the brows. Thank you for making me feel beautiful ladies.

They carry the latest in polishes and services.
Parking is good.
Location is safe.
They also have holiday promotions and events.
Friendly staff.
Cleaning staff working round the clock.
Worth every penny and some.
This is the only place that does me right everywhere else sends me right back here.
