Traveling from northeastern PA to Baltimore for a cruise, and in desperate need of a pedicure. Reached out to T Nail on Facebook, inquired about an appointment time. Right off the bat, they were INCREDIBLY flexible with me — even when I got delayed leaving home and needed to shift my appointment by a little.

The building was pretty and everyone was really nice but it's only been a week and 2 nails have snapped off and the paint has started peeling. I had a full gel set so the polish should not be peeling off of my nails and one of the nails actually broke off at the middle and took mine with it. I feel like They need to invest in quality equipment to make the nails last longer. And it's not like I'm rough with my nails, I'm a receptionist. Like I said great service but the quality is not worth the price.

I’ve been going to this nail spa for about 15 years, through changes of location and ownership. In 2021, it’s the best it’s ever been! Even if I can’t get an appointment with my usual tech, Cindy, I’m confident that anyone there is capable of doing a great job. I’ve done regular mani/pedis, gel mani/pedis, acrylics, and dipping powder. If I could give this zero stars I would because of what happened after I received a pedicure from here. It was my first time and the woman that did the pedicure was nice but kept digging and digging into my toe even though I told her it hurt a few times and i was uncomfortable . Well TW don't look at the picture if you get grossed out by blood and stuff because I ended up getting a HORRIBLE infection that caused me to go to the doctor and get antibiotics and a necessary ointment. Honestly they have become discriminatory. So of course with Covid you have to make appts. Mother's day weekend me and my girls had appts. Black couple walks in, no appt so they turned them away. Few minutes later, white lady walks in no appt, they tell her to pick a color! Father's day weekend i scheduled our appts at the wrong salon (similar names) so we walk in and they did not have an appt for us... I normally don’t write a bad review, but I got to for this one. This place is a rip off, just be careful in case you want to try this place only because it’s close to your house like I did! I was told over the phone that $40 for Acrylic fill-in with gel color… but I was charged for $48 ( $3 for cutting nails shorter and $5 for shaping!!??? Seriously!?) she have never informed me in advance. But seriously I have been in so many nail salons but they never charged me extra just for cutting and shaping! Went with a friend to get pedicures. Started at the same time yet mine was completed about 5 minutes before hers. The tech did not get the skin smooth on my feet leaving rough edges, then applied towels that were way too hot and was chatting with a guy on her cell phone part of the time. Total time for pedicure was a little less than 15 minutes and to top it off polish was peeling off 6 days later. Definitely not the experience I expected. Will not return.

I recently moved to Maryland and have been consistently coming to this salon every two weeks with my fiancé for a gel pedicure and a regular pedicure.
I've recommended all family members here and realized that I have been getting overcharged after each appointment.
My first appointment charged $50 for a gel pedicure and $35 for a regular pedicure. The next few times I was charged $55 for a gel pedicure and $35 for a regular pedicure.

Went in because I've been out of a nail salon since COVID started. Wanted a day to relax so I got my eyebrows waxed, and a basic mani and pedi. First off the place is lovely, and very clean. They have measures in place to help with COVID. The pedicure might have been the best part of the visit. After my service I noticed my eyebrows aren't as crisp as they could be, and I have a burn under my brow now I guess from how she did it. I haven't had a mani/pedi in over 14 years. I explained that when I went in but I don't think they quite grasped that and it's really hard to hear with masks, I get it. Everything was sparkling clean and sanitary, they sanitize everything between customers. I never did get the name of the young lady that looked after me but she did a good job, really liked the massage and my legs feel awesome. I would go back again.

I showed the nail tech (Cindy) a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she definitely did not execute. I asked for coffin shaped nails (which costs $5 extra-no problem), but my nails are clearly not coffin shaped. She cut my cuticle and seemed as if she was in a rush. I definitely won't be returning.

I randomly found this place on yelp because I was visiting family in the area and wanted to get my nails done while in town. I specifically wanted dip powder and this place came up. I called to confirm that they do in fact have dip powder (this is not a common thing in some places). Not only did they confirm they do, but they were quickly willing to accommodate an appointment for me.
