I have been going here since I've lived in Hayward and they are fantastic. Picked up my glasses and Gina (Think that was what her name was) was 100% awesome and friendly, took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my glasses and even chatted with my husband on Facetime to let him ask her a question about his insurance. This Eye glass location is top class and I can't wait until next year when my insurance kicks in as I enjoy this place yearly.

Had my first appointment with them over the weekend. Everyone that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. My optometrist was very nice and informative about my eyes and it’s condition. She made me feel very comfortable which is what my other optometrist lacked. Also the guy at the counter helped me find the perfect glasses. I had no idea what I wanted but I am very happy with what I got. He also explained my coverage and options very clearly. I’m one happy customer and I haven’t even received my glasses yet.

They have a very huge inventory of quality glasses that you can choose from depending on your budget. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable especially Gina & Justin. The doctor who did my eye exam has very pleasant personality, thorough and answers all the questions I have. I have been coming to this clinic for so long with no complaints at all. I recommended this clinic to my sister and she has been coming here for at least five years now.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and the Office Manager is the Very Best! The Service has always been Great and I recently started to also do my Eye Exams there as well and the Doctor is Very knowledgeable. They also have some of the coolest eye glass designs and brands. They will also order whatever you want and accommodate the customer.

We’ve been to this place in times we need glasses since pre covid and the service was excellent. But this afternoon was so different. Upon entering the door- we were asked if we have appointment. Just told them that we only need set of glasses. Me and my wife look at the display for more than 5 minutes waiting for those 3 persons just sitting in their desk to ask us if we need assistance. But nobody asked. Me, being impatient told them that we need help. Then one of them stand up and help us. Not good. Before, upon entering the door- immediately somebody will give you assistance.
