I have not heard from the lady they were sent to but I am sure the flowers were beautiful. The flower setting delivered was absolutely beautiful. The customer service was amazing, I will be using only this shop from here on out for all my floral needs in the area. Can't say enough good things about my entire experience.

I would give this florist a --10 if possible. She/He is dishonest as the day is long. A mutual friend of mine and many other people in Munford Atoka lost a good decent man to a senseless tragedy. I can't say his name out of respect, but I sent his mother flowers on her birthday just weeks after his murder, Dee's charged my account took my money and my sweet friend never received her birthday basket. I couldn't call because the phone number listed is disconnected I have emailed the florist 4 times with out even the decency of a reply or apology.

My daughter had flowers sent to me ,because I was on my second round of Bronchitis. The flowers were delivered very quickly, she was very polite and asked my husband if I was feeling better. My husband told her I was, she replied to him "God is good" She did an amazing job on the arrangement. Thank you Dee <><

My mother’s memorial was 1/17/2020, my mother was from this area and I was traveling from West Virginia. My cousin ordered flowers to be delivered to the memorial on 1/17/2020. It was unfortunate that the owner had an emergency and had to go into hospital, however instead of refunding the money for the flowers she waited and delivered them to a home address not the church on 2/13/2020. When I called to inquire, because apparently I signed the receipt (I was back home in WV day after my mother’s memorial) so not my signature, she could not tell me the address or name of person delivered to.

My job ordered a plant for me for the passing of my dad. We came home from the funeral to find it on the porch. I thought someone from work went by Kroger and thought of us and picked up the plant. (Because of the Kroger 5 dollar clearance sticker on the pot). I was grateful someone had me on their mind. But when I saw the card and realized that my boss had ordered this for me, I wasn’t pleased at all. If you’re going to cut corners and cheat people out of what they pay for, at least have the decency to remove the Kroger clearance stickers before delivery.

If I could leave a review without a star at all, then I would! My brother passed away and the service was Sat. My job ordered a plant be sent that was supposed to be delivered by Friday. That evening they called asking if we had gotten it. I informed them we had not. We assumed it would be at the service Saturday. It still was not. On MONDAY when i got to work i told them to just cancel the order and get the $ back. They instead called to check on it. The lady said she didn't deliver it Friday because she was sick, but it would be delivered sometime later Monday -it would have to wait because she

You try to support local, mom and pop shops but it gets you no where! Purchased flowers for a coworker who's daughter passed away. Paid extra to have same day delivery. I received a call from an older sounding lady, saying that it was only her in the shop and the she was not going to make the delivery for today. After the back and forth about receiving the service I paid for, she then agreed to deliver and proceeded to ask me for directions to the delivery location!!! I can only hope the flowers were received.

I received an email stating the flowers I ordered would be substituted with cheaper flowers and yet she didn’t refund any money, even when directly asked to, on an arrangement priced $218 for my grandmother’s funeral. She then did not deliver the arrangement until after the funeral already began; she was late by 22 minutes. When we confronted her about it she said, rudely, “We’ll you had plenty of time to cancel,” she refused to make any sort of recompense for the flower changes as well as tardiness and then she slammed the funeral home door in our face.

Three sprays of flowers and one potted plant were ordered and sent to my mother's funeral today. They were received wilted, half dead and very sparse. The flowers were loaded up and taken back to Dees which was a disgusting dirty place of business ran out of her home. We saw half dead plants that had clearance stickers from Lowes and Kroger. Very poor service from the owner of this place. She was loud and abusive to us. Do Not Use This Pretend Florist!!!

The worst florist I've ever seen. They delivered 3 sprays and a peace lily from family out of state to our mothers funeral and we were appalled. The flowers were dead and wilted. The peace lily literally came from a half dead clearance rack at Krogers. My niece called and the owner "Dee" and Dee yelled at her on the phone. She took the flowers back to the florist after the funeral and "Dee' s Flowers and Gifts" is a beat up old trailer behind a run down house filled with half dead flowers and plants. She has pictures. Clearance labels from Lowes and Kroger. Filthy place and a very rude, nasty old

I won't even give this florist one star. She is rude and dishonest. My 81 year old Aunt in Texas went to the Florist she uses in her hometown and picked out a basket of plants called garden basket. the one she picked out was square and had several plants in it. The one delivered was small and had 3 plants in it. The florest in Texas called to see if she had the plants the woman said she could do it. she shoould have said i do not have the plants. she went to home depot and bought about $12 worth of plants and stuck them in a small basket with a sad little ribbon.
