Had my ring sized through them and it was a wonderful experience! Same day turnaround (lucked out as it happened to be the day their jeweler was in the office). Had it sized in the morning, came back to pick it up and we decided it was still too big and they resized it again right then and there. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took awesome care of us. Looking forward to doing business again with them!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR JEWELRY HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. I left my Grandpas necklace here and was assured it would never leave the mall. When I came back to collect it the piece they repaired (I very specifically said I wanted to keep as he has passed and they assured me they would) was now in ALBUQUERQUE! Then I called when they said… the jeweler would be back and he didn’t show for TWO MORE DAYS! Then I go in to pick it up, THEY LOST IT once he brought it back. The woman who was there was extremely rude and the young lady who called me “set it on some counter&rdquo

Ariella was absolutely amazing and so helpful! I had a unique situation and needed to get store credit for a ring that I purchased and she was so understanding and kind about everything. She helped me find things for myself that I did not think I could do and she made me feel happy to be walking out of their store. Definitely would recommend, plus their jewelry is gorgeous and they have a lot of styles for different people. I will be coming back for any other goodies I may get in my future and thanks so much!!
