Mediation should be efficient. Not because it resolves legal entanglements without having to go to trial, but because it's a faster and a less expensive alternative to litigation. I retained his services years ago. It was not a good experience, to say the least. He actually threatened me when I noted that I might file a complaint against him back then. I imagine he will respond to this review in a way similar to his response to the other negative review and claim that I never used his services. I did. Also, some of his reviews were written by his family members and friends. It’s unfortunate that he apparently can’t take legitimate criticism.
