I opened Queen Bee Auto Repair shop for every woman and/or man that has ever felt like they were taken advantage of by mechanic shops. Finding the right tire for your vehicle can be a daunting task. We have taken the guesswork out of buying tires. We do not stock tires. We can customize your tire order to match your vehicle and your desired tire use so that you get the best option for your vehicle. We can get most tires for your vehicle the same or next business day.
We can assist you in finding a used engine (usually from a vehicle that was wrecked but did not suffer engine problems). We have a reputable source of used engines that offers up to a 12 month warranty. This option is your best value and lowest cost. We can install a remanufactured engine. This is an engine that has been used, then, rebuilt to function as a new engine would.
We can try to find a used transmission (usually from a vehicle that was wrecked but did not suffer transmission problems). We have a reputable source of used transmissions that offers up to a 12 month warranty. Some vehicles have manufacturer defects that makes using a used transmission a bad idea (you would end up having the same problem).
Having good brakes is important. If your car is squealing when you brake or shaking (pulsing) as you brake you may be experiencing braking issues. Our brake jobs include greasing the caliper pins, replacing the brake hardware, lubricating the movement parts to ensure proper functionality for the life of your brakes.

I ended up needing some work done on an old beater car of mine, so I went through my usual routine of looking at reviews, calling and asking them what they charge for labor, getting a quote and comparing. For my job Queen Bee auto was the 2nd cheapest but had better reviews so I gave them a try and glad I did.
I had a check engine light on that 3 other places in the past 2 years hadn't been able to figure

I have going to them for 5 years with all my truck issues, and they have always been great. They are great at giving me all the information, never try to upsell me or take advantage of me because I am women and may or may not know allot about vehicles (like some shops do to women).
They are clean and reliable.
I highly suggest going here, especially if you are south part of Utah county.

I needed my air conditioner fixed but couldn’t go without a car. I had a trip planned and queen bee was able to work around my travel schedule so I could get it repaired while I was out of town AND I was able to pay through Venmo so I could pick it up after business hours.

Eric and his family are some of the best people I know. Our car broke down in Nephi in 2016 and we saw some of his reviews and decided to bring our car here. We we're and are still not disappointed. Being honest I havent explored many other mechanic shops in the valley since but I have no doubt queen bee is taking good care of me and giving me fair pricing and great service everytime I come in.

The guys at Queen Bee were great. They took the time to show me why they did the work that they did. They also let me know what it was going to cost before doing any work. And they topped of my oil and antifreeze at no extra charge. I appreciated that they got my car done when they said it would be done and called me to let me know so I didn't have to call them to get an update.

I am a single woman who is on a budget. I checked around to two other shops, but did not feel good about them. In fact, I felt when speaking with one shop, they were not going to be honest with me.
An honest mechanic is the most important thing on my list. When I went to Queen Bee I could tell he was honest. My son had him do work for him and referred me to him. I am thrilled to find someone I know I can trust!

I would recommend Queen Bee to anyone and everyone!! Eric is an upstanding guy, honest, and an amazing example of a great citizen. He helps the community, and believes in giving second chances!! Justin is one of the mechanics there and he is a sweet soul. These guys are probably the best you'll find in all of Utah. Thanks for your hard work guys!! I will not be going anywhere else for repairs!!! You guys ROCK!!

First off, I have only written a few reviews over the years. It takes a special experience for me to feel the need to do so. Well, Queen Bee Auto has exceeded all expectations. My wife, who had gotten her immigration case approved and was driving from Calgary, Canada to me in San Diego, had her water pump go out on her in Springville, UT. She was driving by herself, and this was obviously the worst kind of thing to happen. Your car breaks down in a strange town and with snow storms raging. She had stopped for gas at a Chevron station off the I-15, and when she started up the car

Very honest and helpful folks at Queen Bee. My 85-year-old mother needed some work on her 2000 Subaru so it would pass emissions. The office gal drove to her house, picked up her car, and returned it when repairs were completed - and there was NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! They also performed the state inspection and emissions reports so she could get her car licensed here in UT. Great customer service!

The owner of this business has been working on my car for years. He does great work and doesn't add repairs my car doesn't need. Once I had lots of oil leaking from my car. I took it to another mechanic (because I was out of town). He quoted me over $1000 to fix it. When I got back in town I took it to Eric. He tightened the oil filter and stopped the leaking for no charge. He's as honest as they come.
