He knows the lakes extremely well, what is great about each lake but also what might not be as desirable about the lake.

Awesome to work with. Him and his wife were there through every step and there to answer every question and concern at all times of the day. They were so helpful through the whole stressful process of buying and selling. Bill even brought us a personal gift after closing on our home. I highly recommend him, he was amazing!

Our company contacted Bill on the phone and asked if he was available to conduct a Broker Price Opinion on a property we were working on that was in his market area. He made a commitment to do it and asked for us to email the information over to him. We emailed it to him within 15 minutes and never heard another words from him. 4 days went by and our customer called us to tell us she had not heard from Bill. I called Bill over a 2 days period of time, leaving him messages for an update and nothing. A simple call back with an update would have been very much appreciated.
