Two years ago, it came time to sell my mother's home. Shellady Udoni Horn sold it! She helped my Mom through the process. It was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Five years ago, I relocated to Oshkosh and Joe Udoni sold my house on Berlin Street. He helped me set the right price and recommended the right updates. We have officially bought two homes and sold one with United County Reality and they are nothing but the best. All of the realities and staff at this office are kind and always helpful even thought they weren’t the specific realtor helping us sell and buy our properties. I would highly recommend them and they are the best in the business! I will rave and rave about them ALL day! We used Joe to handle the sale of our cottage that was in a trust. The cottage needed a few minor repairs. Joe said he had a electrician and a plumber that he worked with regularly, he asked if we would like him to handle it for us. I didn't find out the cost till I seen the closing statement and their fee's were already taken out of the proceeds, my family comes from the trades and we were shocked.
