Jean did an amazing job for us, and worked very hard with getting us into our first house. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous with going through the whole process, but Jean made it very easy to get things done, and quickly. She was great to work with, knowledgeable, and very personable. I highly recommend using Shambeau and Thern for your real estate needs!!

4 years ago my wife and I had been dealing with other realtors in the search for a house which proved to be frustrating. It wasn’t until we got ahold of Jean Grenlie at Shambeau and Thern that we learned buying a house was a fun and exciting experience. This being our first house, we were pretty intimated. We ran into a couple snags along the way but she handled everything with so much confidence. The best part about dealing with Jean is you get the whole S&T team. If Jean wasn’t there to answer a question Dave Shambeau was there for us. Thank you Jean! We love our house.

My husband and I unfortunately had to deal with David Shambeau as the sellers agent on the home we just purchased. Our contacts with David were consistently very negative. David showed EXTREMELY unprofessional behaviour towards our realitor and towards us. In my opinion David's dealings with our realtor were very condescending, rude and much like a bulldozer. I felt at first David simply had a problem with women however when David did correspond directly with my husband it was with the same childish, flippant and impolite tone. David's very immature choice of words were so far from being like that
