If I could give a negative review I absolutely would. My 96 year old great grandmother was there for less than a week, they did absolutely nothing for her. They left her in bed all day every day never once got her up to walk or rebuild muscles in her legs. Left her in diapers rarely changing them she came home with one massive bed sore that is literally a hole and multiple small ones starting on her cheeks. This place is very neglectful. Do not put anyone of your loved ones in this horrible place!!!

Posting this review on behalf of my Andrew Cossen who is presently a patient here:
Beautiful modern sophisticated and newly updated facility. Wonderful dining room, food and gym. Superior in depth medical and nursing staff. Peaceful comforting meditation garden. Spectaculary designed private and semi furnished private rooms with modern equipment and sophisticated lighting. In general, a great facility with great people running it. This leads to a qualitative and happy life. If you need help, care or assistance this is the place to be.

I've been here for around a year. All the staff from the administrator Ralph and his crew all the way up to the cleaning crew Jodie and Anna were just so kind to myself and Kathleen. Shout out to my nurses Gary, Jenella and Angie. If I skipped anyone my apologies. I highly recommend this facility.

I got a hairline fracture on the tibea bone located below the knee, while at a retreat. Thankfully, the orthopedic doctor says I didn't need surgery. Thank you, Jesus! I simply needed healing and therapy. I was given a choice of where to go. I've heard good things about Willow Springs in Brick, NJ. I opted to go there.
I had prior experiences with places like Willow Springs and I'm no stranger to doing advocacy, though in a different arena. I'm also on Medicare Advantage. Considering that I was admitted on Friday afternoon, I'd say that the team did a good job on making sure I was properly set

The people that run this should be fired. My father in law was left unwashed, they listed shower days but he was not showered. He came out in worse shape then he went in . His medical needs were not followed as instructed. If they are understaffed they should not take in patients just to take the money. Then when he was discharged they told us when he was taken in they had positive COVID tests in the facility. We should have been advised of this risk before placing our loved ones in their care. Food was not what his diet required they seemed to know nothing about his medical needs even when they

There is no communication and they don't honor your requests. My dad was put in a diaper when he didn't need one, he wasn't showered and no one helped him eat. When we told them about his medical needs, they didn't follow them and they lied about it. He was basically on his own and they didn't care. He had a roommate that was sleeping sideways across the bed and hanging off the bed. There was a lady patient trying to get their attention and she was told to go to her room or she would be put to bed. Drinks were served warm and several items of clothes were missing when my dad left and they said

I love Willow Springs. Everyone here is so caring, friendly and passionate about what they do. The staff support and motivation here is excellent. They all want their fellow workers to succeed in their work and go the extra mile. The residents are treated like family here with the best rehab and care. If that doesn't get you to come, the food is delicious made by their 5 star kitchen staff. Great place! Highly recommend to you all!!!

I hope this review stops anyone from leaving their loved one in this God awful facility. We pulled my mother in law out after less than 24 hours. The bathroom garbage in her room was overflowing with urine soaked diapers and the room smelled horrible ( see photo). They gave her a blanket for her bed that was absolutely threadbare and was filled with holes (see photo) . The facility was filthy. When we arrived the next morning my mother in law , who just had a stroke and heart attack, with complete left side paralysis, was in the common sitting area in a wheelchair, with her privates exposed. It’s difficult to have to place a loved one in a nursing home, you worry tremendously thinking “Am I doing the right thing, will they be taken care of and giving the best care that a family member can do?” Well, I found that special place where I am truly amazed on how the entire staff work together as a team to ensure the safety and well being of your loved one! The facility is always clean, you’re greeted at the front door by a friendly receptionist! The Nurses, the CNAS truly take pride in the care they provide. My father has been at Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I went to visit my grandmother for the 2nd time since they reopened for family visits and was appalled by what I saw. She had lost almost 100lbs in only 5 months. Prior to my visit I had spoken to Ralph Neuman who is the administrator of the place , he assured me that he would fix my concerns personally and I had no need to worry. Well when I got there and asked to speak with him he told me that we had never spoken about anything. My grandmother has been , neglected and abused. I was told that she had stopped eating , when I got there she ate and drank

Honestly if I could give 10 stars I would. watching your mom in a facility and let’s face it our moms are the strongest people we will ever know in our life is tough but knowing she’s getting great care eases our minds.
Thank you to the willow springs staff you rock

I am very late posting this review, but I'm settling my parents' affairs, and something just brought up the bad memories of Willow Springs. Do not place your loved ones here if you care about them.

After Willow Springs was recommended to me, On February 23, 2019, only a few days after my mother's admittance, my mother had a stroke. I was the one who found her when I came to visit her at Willow Springs. Here is a copy of the letter I wrote to Elyse Kleiman, Director of Admissions, on February 25, 2019:

"This Saturday, when I visited my mother, I immediately noticed that she

The overwhelming support from not only our community (being a brick resident) but from people all over the country is heart warming. who knew a young individuals facebook post of a 101 year old man (at the time) holding a sign asking for 102 bday cards for his birthday would turn into a world wide sensation! I proudly can say i know the woman that organized this and she did this so selflessly. She truthfully told me she thought her and her staff would have to make up for the missing cards that didn't equal out to 102 but thanks to this amazing community, state, country, and COUNTRIES that

I am reporting Willow Springs located in Brick NJ to APS. My mother was brought in here for rehab. She was coherent when she arrived after 1.5 days my mother was lethargic and didn't even know who I was and was unable to do physical therapy. The center on 2 occasions told me she had a femltanayol patch but after myself and the nurse searched her it could not be located. I asked Elizabeth to lower my mothers medicine, it was way too much and give her an IV for fluids this was not done. They increased her meds without consent and did not give her an IV.

After 3 days my mother went

I would give this zero stars if possible. The staff is unhelpful and combative. Our mother, with dementia, is not cared for. We visit regularly and every time we have arrived we have found one of the following: 1) Completely WET bed with urine and mother in state of 1/2 undress, with no staff to be seen. 2) Feces smeared on the bed sheets and side of bed (at 2pm, so it was there all morning.) 3) Windows so filthy inside that we cleaned them ourselves because you couldn't see out of them. 4) Soiled clothing (urine/feces) and pull-ups under the bed, in her drawers, in the bathroom 5) Food and

Don't send your loved ones here under any circumstances! We were told it was nothing like the former Burnt Tavern Manor Healthcare facility (which was a dump). They cleaned it up and supposedly, under new ownership. It was suggested via Ocean Medical so we brought my father there for rehab after hip surgery. The bldg. looked clean & the women at the front desk were pleasant. When you get to the memory rehab unit on the 2nd fl. & go through the doors, the stench of urine is terrible. Every day I went there my father along with other patients would be parked in their wheelchairs in front
