Bey Lea Village Nursing and Rehab for taking such great care of Bob, from the moment we walked in there we knew we made the right choice. From Reception to Admissions to Case Workers to Therapists and Nurses to Aids and Dietary and Housekeeping it was just quality care and most importantly they treat their patients with the utmost respect.
The Memory Care Assisted Living program is designed to meet the needs of residents with Dementia, Alzheimer's and other related memory care needs. The secured, comfortable, home-like setting allows residents to receive the specialized care and attention they need to live with dignity and thrive to the highest possible level of independence.

A caring and attentive environment. Our mom was on hospice care for 2 months at Bey Lea until she passed. The staff both of Bey Lea and hospice provider, Serenity, exceeded our expectations. The attentiveness and kindness to our family and our mom was exceptional. Your can train technical competency but your can't teach compassion - and everyone at Bey Lea from housekeeping to skilled nursing were supportive and gentle. Thank you Nicole, Gelda, Danielle and so, so many others.

I highly recommend Complete Care Bey Lea in Toms River. I am a rehab patient and have had a very nice stay! I have met some very nice people who are so helpful. Carol the nurse, Jo Jo the CNA and Sierra are all lovely and caring to the patients. All the physical therapy staff have been so caring and helpful getting me to walk again! They have so much patience! When I was first admitted, I didn't have time to get any clothes together so I came with nothing but the clothes on my back. The staff donated clothes to me! THANK YOU!! The food is good and the location is so convenient.

My dad was recently at bey Lea on the sub acute unit . The nurses he had were very nice to him and answered all my questions I had . I have to especially say Mary Beth on the 3-11 shift and the 3-11 supervisor was fantastic ! He enjoyed the food and he never complained about his care there which was a big part he has been at two other facilities which he did have issues with . The receptionist roseann is a sweetheart and always was pleasant with a smile. I can’t thank everyone enough for being kind and compassionate to my dad it means a lot when you need to place your loved ones at s facility

I only wish I could give a negative number of stars. My mom has been on hospice since 4/21/21. I am her primary caregiver, and I needed to travel for business the last week of July. I requested a five-night respite stay at Complete Care Bey Lea. My mom is 83, blind, and completely bedridden. She is unable to feed herself, toilet, or do anything independently.
My mom has been in and out of hospitals and nursing homes for the past five years so I had very realistic expectations about the care she would receive. I called her everyday throughout her stay, and she was complaining that she was calling

If I could give this place a negative zero I would! My was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer, & needed to go to rehab to regain strength in her legs & arms.
She said the food was horrible, & my mother couldn't eat it, & when the staff saw she wasn't eating the food, they yelled at her, & talked down to her!
She had developed a bed sore on her backside that they did not treat properly. They claimed that a wound care specialist was brought in to examine the area, & told us there was nothing there.
When she was discharged home, my father & I examined her

I have worked for Bey Lea for 9 years now. This is a great company to work for and to bring your family members to long term or rehabilitation. Our staff are like family and treat your family like thier own. Both of my parents have had rehab here and they won't go anywhere else. They love the atmosphere and staff.

I love this place! They are friendly nice and they take care of their patients very well. They change my mother as soon as she gets wet , And she doesn't have to wait at all ..they are all right on top of everything. They are wonderful I would give them a 10 star if I could !! The whole Staff here are AMAZING. I would recommend this place to Everyone !! It's the cleanest, friendliest, and they take the most care of their patients !! It's the BEST and I thank Each and Every one of you that is taking care of my mother !! Your all so Wonderful

If I could give the place zero stars that is what my rating would be. Worse place ever. The social workers and the rest or the administrative staff are clueless people and stink at their respective jobs. They are not helpful and they are rude. The kitchen stinks the facility up and those workers look dirty. The facility needs an overhaul. Understaffed. Cannot meet the needs of the patients. Find another place.

I would give them a zero but I had to rate them in order to post my review. Due to their care put my Grandma into hospice sooner. Her wound wasn't properly taken care of and the infection spread. No one noticed her staples had come out and didn't take care of her properly while after her using the bathroom. I will not stop until I have justice. My Grandma passed away yesterday. I'm well aware she's elderly but due to their "care takers" and "nurses" they all helped putting her into a grave sooner.
