If I could give this place negative 10 that would be my rating please do not put your loved ones in this place for sub acute rehab
This is in response to the owner of the facility if you are so concerned about the patients maybe instead of having me contact your administrator Laura you should stand up and contact me .. I’m sure they have my number and remember who I am

Was there today visiting a friend and all you hear are the aide’s yelling at the residents for no reason whatsoever. Can you say ABUSE? This place has always been one of the worst facilities ever and I don’t know why it hasn’t been shut down. Nurses aren’t in charge. The aides are. Take it from me who has first hand experience from working there through agency and the place hasn’t changed. It’s only gotten worse. I feel bad for the residents that have to put up with the lousy care and the abuse they have to go through. This place needs to be shut down. They don’t care about you or

This place does not even deserve one star! Please don’t bother responding with your generic answer of call this phone number so that we can discuss your concerns because nobody answers the phone.
My 81-year-old mother had a hip replacement surgery and was admitted 8 o’clock at night. The next day they had her sitting in a wheelchair against doctors orders ringing the nurse bell for 1 1/2 hours to go to the bathroom and they left her there to defecate all over herself. UNACCEPTABLE!! Her medication‘s were all messed up. UNACCEPTABLE! . She wasn’t bathe in eight days. Finally the day came

When you send somebody in your family to a place like this, all that you hope is that they’re surrounded by a staff that is extremely caring and takes their job seriously — this is NOT that place.
I feel somewhat more justified in seeing similar reviews/experiences, but it doesn’t make it any easier on the people here or their families.
Staff here are very rude to families and negligent to the patients of the nursing home. Pre-COVID this place was a nightmare, now it’s a literal prison where they make it incredibly difficult to visit your loved ones. Even if you are vaccinated, you get

Okay. I thought I did my update and realized I did not.

I was here for 2 weeks, to recover from emergency abdominal surgery. Since it was January 2021, still height of Covid-19, the staff here, really stuck to guidelines. I was in a room that was kept clean, sanitized and comfortable. I had 3 different therapy/rehabilitation coaches and Becca was hands down fantastic. She kept me positive and on the right track for recovery.

My diet was limited, due to my surgery, so I really couldn't eat normal foods, but the dietitian designed a perfect meal plan for me, which helped. I did have 2 bad

My husband had a terrible accident at home and he needed a lot of care and attention. We decided to go with bartley due to its incredible reputation within our community. The staff was wonderful, my husband did almost 3 weeks of therapeutic rehabilitation and it was decided between the family that the care myself and our family could provide was not enough to tend to his needs. We transitioned him over to the assisted living facility next door and are very pleased with the move. I visit him often and come to their Friday afternoon jubilee programs. Thank you for taking care of my husband.

My uncle was here and we tried visiting him, they refused numerous times and only gave us the window visit, not even open window, the next day he passed away, the staff were very unfriendly and disrespectful to us and our uncle. Don’t bring your family here.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. In my eyes they killed my mother. The staff is the worst. Social workers ...extortionists , they were threatening , nasty , unhelpful and uncaring. The staff should be told that many guest speak Spanish and we understood every nasty, uncaring terrible thing they said to and about my mother and our family and friends. I will be reporting them to the state and so will my mothers friends and family. The hospital was appalled with the staff in the office and with the care my mother received there. I will never understand how this place is still open.

Having worked as an RN at a local hospital, this facility was always regarded as “one of the best” in the area. Faced with making a decision to place my dad in a rehab facility as he recovered from surgery, this was our family’s first choice. It was certainly clean and no fault there. I cannot speak more highly of the PT and OT staff there... absolute angels who loved their jobs and truly cared about dads progress. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same for the nursing staff. Though polite and friendly, their lack of nursing compassion and skills toward my dad was clearly lacking. Having

Horrible incompetent staff wouldn't send my dog there. Staff are far from pleasant and were annoyed every-time a question was asked.

We made it through a terrible time thanks to the exceptional care and consideration provided by the Bartley staff. Everyone we encountered demonstrated a commitment to their work that gave us comfort. We knew our mother was well cared for and that we needn't worry: we did not need to be on alert, watching for errors or omissions. Rather, we could focus on being with our mother, knowing that her care was in excellent hands. We also agreed that the people who do this work are clearly called to it. They are special people who we admire and thank wholeheartedly.
