I ran here because I just wanted to get a quick gel nail and didn’t want to be around a crowd today. Horrible service, no one wears a mask, the guy doing my nails was rude and cut my nail real short to the very tip of the quick and didn’t ask me how short. The man doing my nails got mad at a lady for messing up her nails, he said, “unbelievable!” I almost got up and left. Not customer friendly at all, they don’t care about making customers happy. When I left the owner lady was by the door smoking, I will never go back. Shangri la on Garth Brooks is by far the very best nail salon, please

Based on all the positive reviews, I made an appointment for a pedicure. Big joke! The tech did not seem to know what she was doing. She couldn’t get the shaping of the nails correct and kept cutting and filing until they are down to skin,(my nails are still throbbing). No massaging of feet or legs, no cream or oils to soften skin. The gel polish looks like my 5 yr old granddaughter did it. I love wearing sandals in the summer but now I’m too embarrassed. When I look down at my feet I want to cry. On a positive note, the salon is very clean and welcoming with a friendly staff.
