When I first walked in I wasn't acknowledge, but I put my information in and sat down. Waited a little bit and got told I could go sit at a table and look at colors.
I sat there a bit over an hour waiting, and being looked at by employees, but people coming in after were getting seated and worked on. The guy that ended up doing my nails tells me that the two colors I picked based off the picture I was using weren't the same because one was dip and one was gel. That's when I said I wish someone would've told me that while I had been sitting here waiting an hour. No one ever apologized

kinda had to wait a while to get in, but I don’t even care. My nails look bomb. Literally worth the wait, best set I’ve had in a long time. Amazing.

I scheduled an appointment online for a pedicure and dip powder manicure. I arrived at my appointment time and was quickly taken to a pedicure station. Tiffany completed the best pedicure I’ve ever had and did an amazing job on my nails as well. She made sure that I liked my nails and that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I’ll definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place and Tiffany!

Did a great job on our nails! Will definitely be back again. I do suggest making an appointment bc they are popular. They have free wifi and cold Sprite, Dr. Pepper and bottled water for their guests.

First timer. While getting a pedi, one of my nails on my toes cracked and was consequently a lot shorter than the others so I got an acrylic one out on. I requested an acrylic nail on the matching one on the opposite foot to get the same look. They argued that it looks the same already because it's the same length. They didn't understand that an acrylic nail looks slightly different regardless of length.
On my full set, the technician messed up on one of my fingers. Instead of redoing it, she cut it shorter and kept the mess up...it looks like she just "band-aid" it. I was

I don’t know the gentleman's name that did my nails, but he is phenomenal. I have extremely short nails and was gentle. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did the thang. First time going there and will definitely be going back!!! The picture on the right is what I showed him.

The best nail salon in the metro area! Jessica is the friendliest nail tech ever. They have so many nice and professional nail techs to chose from. I love the comfy chairs and so many options to choose when it comes to picking what style of nails i want. If you show a picture of what you want to any nail tech, they can do it!

Adequate nails, average price and quick. I would stop back in if I was out and about and needed my nails done really quick. However, this isn't my new nail home. I want to relax, feel welcomed and feel like I am in a nice, clean space. Unfortunately, Nails R Us & Spa didn't hit that mark for me. However, I could tell the ladies that were in there were loyal, recurring customers- so maybe give it a shot!

My nails were soaked in ice cold water, no oil on my cuticles, cut my skin because they were dry and needed more time and attention before the dead skin removal began. After that

We went in as a family last night, 5 in all. My two year old got her fingers and toes painted the rest if us got full sets and pedicures. All turned out great they did wonderful on all of us given they were busy. Should definitely give it a try!

This was a perfect experience! They did an excellent job on my pedicure, and nearly everyone coming in seemed to be a regular. There's a reason for this, they are great! It was so relaxing, they didn't rush through it like many salons, and we're the sweetest people. Can't believe there aren't more reviews! Also, sanitation was perfect, used tub liners, sanitized equipment. Massage chair was also great!

Love, Love, Love my nails by Jimmy. They are so pretty. He even added extra embellishments that I wasn't expecting. Last time, the manicure lasted over a month! I hope this one lasts just as long!

Also, great pedicure today! Everything was great! Just wish the customers were a little less loud. One customer talked wayyy too long about bowel movements today. There's got to be some kind of nail salon etiquette, right?
Also please change the wildlife channel! It's hard to relax when elephants are getting taken down by a pack of wild cats.
