As the other review said, laugh out loud stuff with this bank. Very small town stuff with the "good ol boy staff". Terrible customer service. Can't answer phones because they are "too busy". When they do, they can only tell you what they can't do. No problem solving skills to help you with any transactions you may need. If you do any business outside of the area, do not use this bank. You can't access your funds in a proper manner and they are not worried about it. As said in other review, it does feel like dealing with a cable company when it comes to customer

These people will do every underhanded thing they can think of to pull your credit report without your consent! I tried to just talk to a Jim Hamilton who kept trying to call me even though I specifically stated that I was to be emailed only, there was no option not to put a phone number in (I should have given a false number). They then send you links that they want you to fill out information so they can 'help' you out. Well what they don't tell you is that they are going to pull your credit score for no reason! I had simple questions, as I want to get all my ducks in a row before

How often do you literally laugh out loud when dealing with your bank? The people holding, at least some of, your money. Here's the joke list, couldn't make it up.
Carouthers Branch: Sitting in drive through, no one there, mid morning, weekday. Had to call the branch, "Hi, could someone please come to the drive through window?" --- "yes, let me connect you" --- "no, you don't understand, I'm sitting in an automobile at your drive through, I need service". After another minute, dude shows up.
Other Laughable points:
