Anthony was terrific to work with. We brought in a whole bunch of coins and jewelry we had found in a safe when cleaning out my parents house. I didn’t feel rushed, all my questions were answered and pricing was clear and fair. He was honest about the junk stuff too, which I really appreciated. An overall good experience.

I recently sat with John to appraise a ton of items of my grandfather's. John took the time to review a list of the items ahead of time and was super responsive to me. We sat for nearly an hour going through each item (coins, jewelry, silver) and John described each with detail and helped me understand the value, demand, etc. Very fair, and sometimes even better prices when compared to online research. Would recommend to anyone. Very pleasant and interesting experience!

I brought in a few inherited items I was considering selling & knew their resale value prior to my visit. However, I acted as if I did not because it's interesting to see how honest a business is & whether or not I'd be a return customer. The person who helped me was very thorough & took his time going through each item. He seemed nice enough. The reason for the rating is due to the absolutely insulting offer he made me. John was such a pleasure to deal with. We brought him my grandmother's wedding rings and he was more than happy to take a look at them and share all his vast knowledge about the stones. He sat with my fiancé and I for a long time discussing our plans for our ring and offering us wise suggestions. We ended up ordering a mounting through a reputable NY company that John was able to deal with to get us a great discount on our new engagement ring with my grandmother's stone in the center. I sold jewelry and some other things here. They were very thorough yet pretty quick. I mostly dealt with Rachel, who was very friendly and helpful. John was as well.
