Highlights: A way to lighten hair by specially placing "foil" with color throughout the head. Highlights can also be used to camoflage camoflauge or blend gray.
Our Nail department has that friendly professional you have been looking for. Why not visit our outside patio and enjoy a coffee while waiting for your nails to dry. Nail services offered: Manicure, Pedicure, Acrylic Nails, Pink and White Acrylic Nails, Nail Fills, Back Fills, and Gel Overlay. Most facials include deep poor cleansing, scrub, steam, massage and custom masks, followed by moisturizing.

I was raised in Long Beach, and went to George Oliveri all the time until I moved out of town in the late 80s. After moving back to town, I returned for a haircut and color with Katharine. The atmosphere is… relaxing and friendly. The space is as clean and bright. Large area in the front to purchase product and make-up. Katharine is an outstanding colorist and stylist, would highly recommend her! Happy to be back in Long Beach and George Oliveri Hair Design!

Alli Rea does my color amazing! But my favorite thing about her is she is always so honest and realistic with me about it. She does my color in the least damaging way and since I have been going to her my once bleached out dead hair has gotten so healthy and is finally growing. She gets busy so I suggest scheduling at least a few days before! Thanks girl!!

I'm from oklahoma and took a vacation to cali a few years back, no one ever listens to how I want my hair and end up doing it wrong or doing what they think Will be best. I loved this place, they listened to exactly what I wanted and did a great job! Can't wait to take another trip out to cali so I can get my hair done!
