I would recommend The Club at the Park to anyone seeking a resort style, warm yet trendy community. The homes are designed beautifully, the park located behind the complex is astounding and creates such a sense of community. I thoroughly enjoyed the community events, felt like I was a queen living in Vancouver's most sought after #glasspalace! Of course, there were some growing pangs that were felt by myself and other residents as the office team changed, but to a degree, that is just a part of business. I truly believe that The Club has finally found a manager that is dedicated to the residents

I’ve had such an amazing move-in experience here!! Dayshaun and Taylor helped me through the application process, and it went so smoothly! It’s so stressful when it comes to applying to apartments, but Dayshaun made it stress-free by being quick to respond to my emails, leaving voicemails if I missed calls, etc.!! I can’t express the gratitude I have for the leasing office!

I was in town visiting my granddaughter for the holiday. She had recently chose The Club at the Park as her first home and was thrilled to show it off. We ran into Taylor, the community manager that helped my granddaughter transition into her new home and she was so friendly! She dropped what she was doing to engage with us in the lobby. That type of customer service is uncommon these days but she truly went above and beyond and created a sense of welcome. The apartments are beautiful. The establishment is clean and ran well. Great space!

An apartment with no complex! Brand new apartments in a great location for the Portland area... North of the bridge. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, walk to some great nightlife and a microbrewery, jogging trails abound. The complex has a nice pool, gym and covered parking is optional, washer/dryers in the units, easy pre-setup internet/wifi, floor to ceiling windows make the smaller units still feel very spacious. Over the past month, The Club at the Park has removed the ability to make any sort of partial payment through the Resident Portal, according to the General Manager Frances. I was informed that I'd have to come to the office and there was a "work-around" they could do to make sure the payment went through! I was negatively impacted by COVID-19 and fell behind in my rent several months. I worked out an agreement with the legal representative of TCATP, and made arrangements to make payments over a matter of months to fulfill my obligation to pay rent. I've been current on my rent

Horrible apartments.. They have terrible communication between departments, and to their guests. Francis, the community manager is a particularly vile woman who on more than one occasion sent me incorrect e-mail correspondance. Every time I talked to her she always got details of my application wrong so clearly she doesn't care about other people or her job. And the cherry on top, called me THE DAY OF my scheduled move in and informed me there was an issue with my application they had overlooked and could no longer move forward. I love living here! The club amenities are always super clean, the building itself is conveniently close to soo many stores, and the community itself is lively. Finding parking also isn’t a problem at all here. I can’t relate to any of the harsh reviews about staff- They’re all great at what they do. I feel safe, cozy, and secure in my cute little studio.

My muffler on my truck got cut out two nights ago in the parking lot. Just like any place u park, don’t leave valuables in your vehicle. The staff did there best to look at their camera footage but with no luck. Manager is hooking me up with a free reserved parking spot which is pretty awesome. The units are really nice with nice view of ST Helens so that’s cool!

I recently had to move to an apartment for a short term, I need a place to stay for 6 weeks before my new home in Camas finished building. The Club has short term lease so I signed up for 2 months contract. The contract was written and it's clear that's it's for 2 months. On last day I gave back the key, it management team said I have to give 20 days noticed. It was a short term lease, none of the team members brought it up, and now I'm paying rent for the next 20 days. It's sad and I'm pissed. I'm mad at myself for not reading all of the fine prints, on

I LOVE living at The Club. Amenities are everything you could hope for and staff is professional and timely. Any concern I’ve ever brought to their attention has been resolved same day. The manager, I believe her name is Meredith, is AMAZING! She has responded to my emails almost immediately and is so kind. Happy to call The Club my home!

Nice apartments with what look like great amenities, but don't let them fool you - gym opens at 7 (ridiculous if you expect to work out before work) and right now they limit use (understood) but the same people book over AMD over and others don't get a chance. I've asked management to open the gym sooner (0500) and gotten zero response. We all pay for amenities that only a couple use. Recommend reducing everyone's rent and charging to reserve the gym.

I moved here a bit ago and I can't tell how much I like this place; I love everything in here. The building is always clean, beautiful view, amenities ( a ping pong table would be a plus) and well maintained. I want to thank you the staff, specially Jameina and call center, who always were there for me to help me before and during my move. All my friends love it and I would definitely recommend this place.

I have an apartment on the third floor, and my view is stellar! The office ladies have been so great helping me while I’ve been here- going on a year now! Everyone is so kind and maintenance keeps everything super clean and well taken care of. Would (and have) definitely recommend! There is nothing like this in the area. Vancouver is coming up!!!

Very disappointed with the management of this place. We have a global pandemic going on and it took them until hours before an event to even consider canceling. We have people in the spa and pool even after they send out emails letting people know not too. The parking is a pure disaster. I was told there would be plenty of parking and we have no where to park. The biggest issue is that all we get are threats but no actual solutions to resolve the problems. They do not do anything other than place notices on door or email. Actions speak louder than threats. Instead of telling us how to act as if

Quality apartments, little noise form my neighbors that I hear. Maintenance work orders get done pretty quick whether same or next day. Very lively fresh atmosphere. They do resident events and I've gotten to meet a lot of people in the building that way. The office staff are nice and always say hi to me when I walk by. I know if I had a problem they would help. I would recommend this place to someone who wants a fresh, lively place to live.

Going on a rant about this place because they deserve it....

If you don't want to read my rant, just read all the one star reviews via google and Yelp. They are more accurate than Damian Lillard from the Blazers logo. They have 5 star reviews because this place rewards you for writing GOOD reviews.

I'll start with the management- it's pathetic lol. You have an issue? Guess what- it's not getting fixed. This place has more parties than a frat house. My neighbor was a wannabe Diplo and would be up DJing until 1-2 in the morning on a week night. I emailed management about it

The building management deserves 5 stars, they made the leasing process very quick and easy for us. They were also very helpful showing us multiple units to make sure we got the one that best fits our family.

The Maintenance also deserves five stars. They were very quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I put in a request to fix an outlet and they came by the very next afternoon and fixed it.

Besides our rug being stolen the second day we moved in. If you're looking to live here I would definitely recommend finding a unit on the fourth floor if you have little ones that need naps during the
