Overall I had a good experience. The house was pretty much as advertised, although the pictures were not an accurate representation of the house. It seems like the pictures were taken a while back when the house was newly built and prior to it being a vacation rental. Upon checking in, within 10 minutes or so, I called your office and was directed to housekeeping. This was around 2pm on Friday, 1/22. I spoke with a representative, but did not catch his name. I told him the floors were dirty. I was walking around barefoot and kept stepping on stuff. There were food crumbs all over the main kitchen

With the unprecedented rise in Omicron Covid cases over the past several weeks, we could no longer keep our reservation in March due to the fact that we'd be traveling with elderly parents and an infant. Of course, in hindsight we should have opted in for the cancellation policy. However, we tried to work with this company to come up with a solution that was fair to both parties, including asking if we could reschedule for the summer during low season, which they rejected. Overall the stay was decent for the value. The location is everything and walkable to just about anything you may need (i.e. grocery store, ski rental, dining, stores, hotel, etc.). The unit was very clean and as pictured for the most part. We did find during our stay that we had to go buy some house supplies that stated would be supplied. We also had a sliding mirror in one of the rooms to be off track, so we constantly had to keep fixing it to get in and out of closet. Outside of the house issues, the stay was mainly pleasant. Our family of seven visited from 12/25-01/01/2022. The condo was split levels (5) and in nice condition with a garage. It was in a beautiful location located near Main Street where all the yummy food and shops were located. The reason we would not give it 5 stars would be that it lacked that warm and fuzzy/ homey feeling… it needed decorative touches like candles and decor. There was a limited amount of paper goods and no cleaning products what so ever as well as no scissors or pens to be found….. With no maid service it would just make sense to include these. House we stayed in (32C) was awesome. We had 12 total stay and the only negative was not enough room for all of us to sit in the great room to watch TV, that was it. Everything else was great. I'd highlight a few things; location to the cabriolet (easily walkable), the kitchen (perfectly stocked), table (all 12 sat around it for Christmas dinner with two folding chairs on the ends), access to the garage (was able to get our 4 door jeep wrangler in the space) and clean, clean, clean. We called Park City Rentals for 2 questions and response was immediate. Suggestion: add a snow shovel to the garage

Our family of 7 loved the Red Pine Chalet and would definitely stay there again. The oversized sectional sofa in the living room was perfect to seat everyone -- I want to buy the same one for my own house. We also enjoyed the bunk room and bonus room with sleeping loft, which we didn't even know about in advance. The kitchen was small but equipped with everything we needed for cooking, including a crock pot, and for preparing Christmas dinner. Couldn't be happier with this rental.

Perfect location for a trip to Park City anytime of the year! You're just a few mins walk or drive to Main Street where you have great restaurants, cafes, shopping and much more! When we weren't busy exploring all that Park City has to offer we enjoyed the many amenities of the home. Hot tub, family games, spacious bedrooms w/en suites and the VIEWS!! You have views of the mountains from the family room and kitchen downstairs as well as the bedrooms upstairs. We were even lucky enough to see two moose laying between neighbors homes while walking down the street looking around at the beautiful scenery

My family had a great time staying at this property. The condo was decorated beautifully. There were plenty of towels and bedding and the kitchen was fully stocked with items to cook and serve with.
Our neighbors were loud at night, but seemed to quiet after the curfew time. We also had a problem with someone parking in the assigned spot. We were able to make the front desk aware. But the mystery car didn't move until the next day.
I realize those 2 issues are not specific to the property or Park City Rentals. We still had a fun get away weekend and would recommend staying at the Deer Valley

The location of our Fawngrove condo was terrific. We sat on the patio in the mornings and evenings to watch activity at the ponds. It is walkable to Deer Valley resort and a short walk to Main Street in Park City. Plus, a bus stop right in front of complex if you don’t feel like walking. The condo itself was decently equipped. Most everything we needed was there. Could use better sharp knives for cooking and needs a salad spinner. A barbecue would be a great addition to the unit. The wifi was not the best, not good for remote working. We kept getting kicked off. But management was very responsive
