Ryan and Sam were the technicians for today- they were extremely professional, got the job done, found other ways to make our AC system run more effectively, and explained those options. They were very polite, explained everything they were doing along the way, and I would without a doubt recommend them for any AC needs.

Young man named Oz came over....(Osvaldo).... I had called late at night the prior evening because my air died!
They said they would be over second thing in the morning right after their first appointment they had scheduled and they were here right on time!
Oz the young man who is totally professional and was able to explain everything to me as I peppered him with questions! My unit is 17 years old and they got it up and running again and when it comes time to replace this unit I will be calling Oz back!
He represents this company very well and I appreciate the service!

We called PRK once again for an issue with system. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected but our tech Lermon and his apprentice came in morning and worked on it all day. He got it up and running and working great. They also worked with us when the cost changed due to a replacement part. Thanks for all your help PRK.
