He dedicated himself to providing excellent customer service on each and every job, and in doing so, built a foundation of referrals that allowed his business to grow. We use the latest techniques and are current with practices in the air conditioning and Refrigeration fields.
We are licensed, insured and hold a current EPA certification. We also do our part in helping the environment by using approved eco-friendly procedures and products. The AC went out Sunday downstairs, we had Prosper Air come out and within 25 min and one part replaced, it was fixed! The bill was only $280.

Y’all. The AC went out Sunday downstairs, we had Prosper Air come out and within 25 min and one part replaced, it was fixed! The bill was only $280. We went from thinking it was going to cost thousands (even under warranty) to this. Highly recommend, family owned and operated! (The capacitor was bad.)

This is by far the best AC repair company I have ever hired. They always answer their phone and quickly respond to emails...even on weekends. They schedule service calls within a very reasonable timeframe and show up on time. They're also incredibly honest, explain issues so you can understand them and I've always felt like I'm getting more than my money's worth. I highly recommend them for your AC needs!

I had installed/messed-up my upstairs A/C by installing a thermostat without turning off the power. Did I mention it was Labor Day weekend? I called Prosper Air. Tabitha walked me through the fix on the phone. With her instructions, I was able to fix the issue myself. Next time I need "actual" A/C service, I'm calling Prosper air for sure.

When my system decided to die a month or so ago on a 103 degree day. I found glowing reviews for this family run company on our neighborhood Facebook page. They did a great job for me. I've come to find out the price was a bargain compared to what some local contractors have charged friends.

We received terrific service from Prosper Air. I wish I could give this business six stars for being quick to respond, making a quick diagnosis, making the repair, and operating in an ethical and honest way. When it's one of the hottest days of the year, you are at the mercy of the air conditioning specialist. Prosper Air did what needed to be done, and no more. The service tech made some recommendations but didn't try to hard sell us into something more expensive. Thank you, thank you!

Justin replied over email to help me schedule his visit, which was great since I am often on the phone during the day and don't have much time to answer a call.
He arrived promptly when he said he would, introduced himself, and took off his shoes when he came in. It may seem ridiculous that I even mention this, but its important, because it really sets the stage for how the visit is going to go. He was professional from the get-go. We don't even take our shoes off in the house, but he did anyway :-)

Tabitha and Justin went the extra mile!
They came out on the weekend as we had a major issue with our Goodman AC unit and long story short, we went with an American standard and are very happy.
Make no bones about it they didn't try and up sell any thing, these are hard working honest Christian people.
