WHAT a journey! If you would have told me that I would be in our new home in January or even March …I would have said …no way! There were many twists and unexpected turns but Brandon and his team were amazing the entire time. When things hit a HUGE bump he found not listed yet home for us to preview and held our hand when we finally selected our dream home. Not only did we gain our new forever home but we added to our village along the way. Brandon and his team truly rolled out the red carpet and kept themselves present for our home shopping and selling needs. Really couldn’t ask for more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Brandon was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I decided we wanted to sell our first home during the peak of the sellers market - and also buy in this hot market! Brandon worked hard for us and paid attention to every important detail He secured us an above asking price offer before we even hit the market! Then, he helped us find our dream home in west midtown and even in this crazy market, got us an accepted offer just below asking price and with very favorable terms. We're a mortgage broker here in Atlanta, and we absolutely *loved* working with the Property Guys. You have no idea how helpful it is when a team actually, you know, responds to emails, knows what they're doing, and actually cares about their client's experience.
