Ben did a great job selling my home. He advised me on what I needed to do to get the home market ready, recommended landscapers, stagers, painters, basically all the work I needed to do. The home ended up looking better than when I bought it. Then he did a great job marketing the home, even researching its 91 year old history. We called Ben, whom we didn't know, about listing our Tuxedo Park home, based on a friend!s recommendation. We were so impressed that we didn't contact any other realtor. My recommendation is to steer clear of this agent. Big promises extraordinarily bad performance. This agent lied about comparable sales to induce a lowball sale. His track record shows he sells his listings well below market value and has no regard to agent responsibility to his clients.

Ben was a great agent for us when purchasing our new home in Smyrna, GA. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and gives terrific tips and advice along the way, but he has a great team that he works with, and also supplied world class referrals for a lender and home inspector.
