Friendly pleasant and welcoming staff, very professional and thorough. The office.itself is very clean and aesthetically pleasing too. Dr Pop took her time evaluating my issues as a new patient and Dr. Lotardo did and excellent job repairing my chipped tooth. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Ruth the office manager, I felt very comfortable. All in all it has been a very positive experience! Thank you!

Ruth, the receptionist, is rude and condescending. Was looking forward to having laser gum contouring done, but I live 2+ hours away. I asked if I could possibly do a virtual consultation ( which made sense to me instead of a 5 hour round trip for a cosmetic consultation that could easily be done virtually or through submitting pictures.) She was snarky with her response " Uhm how exactly is the dentist supposed to look into your mouth virtually... So yeah, no " Ended up canceling my appointment all together.

The level of service at the Roslyn office is exceptional. Ruth does such an amazing job at keeping me up to date with my regular cleaning appts for my entire family as well as the appts for my daughter as she has braces. Everyone is so pleasant and patient and communicates very clearly on any procedures they’re doing or suggesting! Thank you

Ultra modern, high tech office, extra clean. Confident to go, even in a pandemic! Top notch service, highly professional team. Whole heartedly recommended. Dr. Diana Pop is a real gem, she takes the time to explain everything you need to know about your case. Dr. Lotardo is an implant wizard. I was very nervous about the procedure, but he’s so good at what he’s doing, it seemed like it was nothing to it! And now, they’re my dentists for life!!!

They cancelled my appointment twice THE day of and the second time told me they were unable to re-schedule for 2 months. Having me on the phone, I yes'd them through to a random date 2 months way. In that time I had set up an appointment somewhere else and had the appointment. 2 months roll by and I had forgotten about the appointment until I receive a call again THE day of the appointment asking if I could come in at a time an hour earlier when I've expressed to them that I work. I was shocked, that would mean they double booked my appointment and either if I said no, my original appointment

Dr. Diana Pop is an outstanding dentist. She has an incredible amount of experience and skill, and takes great care of me and my family’s dental needs. My children do not protest when they know they are going for a dental check up, Dr. Pop is so sweet with them. The office is immaculate, spacious, and modern. I highly recommended this dental practice.
