Sheryl Miller-Rideout has been in the hair art business for over 20 years. She gained experience and knowledge traveling internationally with Paul Mitchell as his assistant before moving onto training and managing his education teams. She also worked at top salons in New York City and Las Vegas. She is the heartbeat behind Fringe Hair Art.

When Miller-Rideout returned Kennebunkport Maine to open Fringe Hair Art, the Boston Globe covered her return in the article "Back to Her Roots." Her main concern is always making sure her clients feel well-taken care of and pampered when they leave.

I came to this place to have updo done for my brother's wedding. I had no idea of how and what to do with my hair. But Sheryl made it really beautiful updo and she was so friendly. It was very professional from the beginning to the end. Every people work there are very nice. Very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so very much!!!

Fringe Salon did my hair and my bridal party hair for my wedding on August 2nd. I had a great experience working with Sheryl. Shes super friendly and did an amazing job on my hair. It was exactly what I had in mind. The salon was organized and flexible with scheduling the trial and day of hair. Plus I was able to go in the day before the wedding to get my hair "prepped" so it looked fantastic for the rehearsal dinner too! I'd recommend them to anyone!

I did indeed make another visit to Fringe, and want to thank Brooke for taking the time to get my hair colour just right ...it turned into a group effort, so thanks also to Cheryl..
After looking so great treated myself in the wonderful shop next door ....
