Came in NYE the guy was SICK. He was sweating having trouble breathing took his mask off so he could.there was NO plastic between him and customer. He kept going back and fourth to blow out his nose AND DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS before going back to finish the manicure. Absolutely unacceptable given the circumstances of today. Disgusting

The place I usually go to was closed and I was desperate for a pedicure. I called this salon ahead of time to make sure that there was availability to be seen, the lady on the phone said yes and to go ahead and come in.
I waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room anyway, then I was finally brought back and there seemed to be some confusion about who was supposed to take me. A lady came and sat down with me and then was instructed to go do someone else’s pedicure.
I sat there for a while waiting and then I was finally seen by an older man who rushed through my pedicure and honestly did a subpar

Last time I will come here because every.single.time I walk in, I get the "GUY". He's simply awful but worse this time. It was Sunday about 11ish. Would not recommend, rushed through my pedicure. The man helping me just wanted me out as quick as possible. I just sat and watched as all the other customers were handled with care and I was rushed out of the shop. If you go here do not let the men service you ask specifically for a women they seemed to care more. I won’t be spending anymore of my money here.

The fact that the owner doesn't even address the complaints and concerns about her customers' satisfaction (or in this case, dissatisfaction) says far more about her than I ever could. At first I thought the customer service was pretty decent, I was one of the first customers when they open, quickly got me in but slowly got me out... 9:30 was arrival and 11ish was departure. I only got regular acrylic white polish tip, all white toe polish. Worst manicure I've ever had. My nail technician was distracted the whole time, answering her personal phone and the business phone. I have color under my nails, the French tip is uneven, edges are rough and weren't filed correctly, and I asked for pink/white and got a clear coat because of how distracted she was. Save your money there are plenty of better nail spas around this area.

Second time with Tina and she did not disappoint! Everyone is very friendly so I definitely recommend this place. I haven't gotten a pedicure only full set of ombre nails. I like them short with a coffin shape. I've had a difficult time finding someone that can do this near me. Nice and simple and not super thick. They look so natural and elegant! Tina is awesome!!!!! This morning I woke up to the first day of the new year!! I'm my toes have definitely been needing some attention! So I thought why not start the year off right with a fabulous pedicure! I've been coming to this salon for 10 years now and they usually do not disappoint. The best people in the place are Mei, Christina, Jessica and Evelyn. Yesterday Jessica did my nails and even went out her way to try multiple patterns and colors until we found one we actually liked. My nails came out great and of course I'll be back.

Cons: guy kept cutting me, when I asked if it cost more for ombré he just said "yea" but didn't provide a price so when I went to pay it went from $35 to $53... pricing does NOT add up. And to top that they are not what I expected.
UPDATE: I went back to have Victor redo my nails today

If I could give 0 stars I would came in today to get my a manicure and pedicure first one here before they opened. Pedicure was finished in an about 30-40 mins. Then had to wait 30 mins for someone to be available to do my nails. Once the amateur did my nails and I complained with how horrible they look, she cursed at me and the owner said if I didn't pay for them they would call the cops.
