So upset with this place! Read reviews thinking ok let’s give this a shot! Asked for ombré and supposedly got the only woman who knew how! I had acrylic all past my cuticle and they were so thin my thumbs both broke pushing the button my straightener! Less than 24 hours later! Called to ask to get them fixed and of course pushed to next day, say fine and come in! Instead of fixing them she rushed because other people are waiting and completely sloppy on the application! Not blended, not ombré! When I ask her to fix and blend she says oh next time! Are you kidding?! I gave the chance to fix

I received a full face wax over a month ago that made my face break out severely the next day. After many tears and attempts by professionals to clear my face, I’m still dealing with this breakout today. I’ve never had an issue with waxing before. I received a decent pedicure but unfortunately the wax alone was enough to deter me from ever visiting again.

I recently went to sun city nail and they always messed up my nails but this nail place does your nails so beautiful, I am so satisfied! I will definitely continue to go there , my set I got this time around is beautiful. I am finally so happy about my nails! :))))

The gentleman in the salon CANNOT do Nas. His work is slopy. I had a gel polish change on my feet and when I showered it peeled off...!!! My fill in lifted the next day and he can't do ombre design. I went back to get it fixed and the lady tried. Just trash!!! I will not send anyone or go there again.

Came here as a walk-in and waited patiently for my turn. Two Caucasian women came in as walk-ins after me and they skipped me to do their pedicures. Definitely would not recommend to anyone of color.

I had a great experience here. It was my first time trying excell nails. They did a fill in with gel polish and gel pedicure. I had Anthony do my pedi and he is simply wonderful! I def recommend him!! Takes his time and is so sweet. I got tons of compliments on my nails recently so they’re doing something right !

Well, one thing I know for certain is the guy that did my pedicure is a soccer fan.
I think he actually looked at my feet like 3 times, the rest of time he was turned watching the soccer game. At one point I was contemplating yelling GOAL; just to see what would happened.
My toes are jacked up; but I can say when he was focused on the game, he would kinda massage my feet...that's cool I guess.
Did I mention I got the "Deluxe"....

Dirty. My nail tech decided to take the liner out of the basin for some reason. The file was dirty and used. Rest of the pedicure was very so-so. Chairs are old snd arms are fabric and not able to be wiped off. They tell you that you’re done without waiting for nails to dry. First time here, and I won’t be back. That’s for sure.

Communication is a 3 star - do not understand why businesses do not at least invest in bilingual choices, prices, key phrases, words. Head nods and grunting does not communicate agreement, etc.
server ce was quick and efficient. My friend loved the foot massage. Doors were open on a cool day. Unusual. Fairly clean, friendly.

First time here today for a pedicure - nice place, great service. Had the spa pedicure & it was such a treat!

I was the first customer of the day at 9:30 on a Monday morning (I made the appointment online, very efficiently), and was met at the door by a staff member who took my temperature & asked me to wash my hands. I was shown a very clean, modern massaging pedicure chair & when I sat, was asked to fill out a COVID questionnaire & sign it. My pedicurist, "Tina", spoke barely any English, but proceeded to provide a very thorough, relaxing pedicure! I upgraded to the "Deluxe" with massage & hot stone finish. At $30, well worth it.

This was my first time visiting Excell Nails and I'm glad I did! I came around 10am this morning and it wasn't busy at all so I was able to start my gel manicure right away. My manicurist was friendly and did a really good job. Prices are more than reasonable. This is probably the best nail salon I have found in the area so I will definitely return.

Excellent dip and pedi! I'll definitely be going back. Everyone was nice and masks are mandatory so Bri h yours along. They also offer a punch card for return visits!

This place is a small hidden gold mine of nail awesomeness! I've been to other local places, but I will only come back to Excell Nails. The place is clean and everyone is friendly.

My pedicure was really good! ( except that she filed my skin on one toe until I sad ouch) the rest was really nice. They didn't listen to me about my nails at all. I wanted them almond shaped, I got round. They asked me if I wanted them cut down and then didn't cut them down. My thumb nail is too wide its not gonna hold. Still looking for someone to do my nails right.

Really didn't enjoy my time here, I sat with my feet in water for quite a while before my pedicure began. My pedicure was okay, but my nails made me want to cry. The owner did them and he did a terrible job shaping them, they were all different shapes. The SNS was so sloppy and you could see the file marks that were left behind due to excessive filing. The SNS also lifter around the cuticle in less than a day. Definitely won't be back.

We were able to book 3 of us together and were very impressed. Super clean, nicely decorated too. Friendly, professional and a superior mani-pedi. Will definitely be returning soon.

I've lived in the area for 11+ years & I have FINALLY found my nail salon! Such a beautiful & clean salon. They are amazing at what they do! Super friendly & my nails and feet always come out EXACTLY how I want. If I could give them 10 stars...I would! AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!!

Great family run new business. Welcome to the area. I'm very pleased with the service and the prices. I'll be a regular.
