JC Vacation Homes is a Property Management Company servicing Central Florida. We are proud to offer exceptional first class service which is unsurpassed in the industry. We recognize that each home and owner have individual requirements, we provide a customized service for your personal requirements, ensuring you have satisfied guests that will return again and again.
Amendment and Cancellation protection fees already included in our prices (other companies add this on at the end or charge up to 25% of booking fee per amendment). We make no charges for unlimited amendments and cancellation. Insurance Excess Waiver Cover already included in our prices for Florida and California (and all other US State's other than New York).
When you find the vacation home of your choice, you can either reserve the property online or speak with one of our reservation team at 844-707-3767 When making your reservation, all we require is a 20% deposit non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your total rental cost. The remaining balance is then processed 45 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point.

This experience with JC Vacation home was horrible from the beginning. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH JC VACATION HOMES. Numerous issues.... However, I could not be refunded so My family and I stayed in the property. We paid $75 to have the pool heated. The pool was ice cold and i called to let them know i would like a refund. I spoke with Linda (owner of JC Vacation homes) advised me she would not be refunding because the heater was turned on so it wasn’t their fault the pool was not heated. Even the property pool specialist came to look and said it should not be as cold as it was if we

So just want to post a review of our dealings with one of the best vacation home companies we have used. Firstly the 1st night we arrived we had an issue with the pin code we text colette i think the ladies name was, she instantly came back to us with another code we tried that it didnt work. So we contactedthem again to say it hadnt worked so they sent a very nice chatty guy round named jay. He said the battery had gone in the keypad. This was all resolved very quickly. Jay whilst doing this was very informative and gave us loads of great little tips on where to go for days out and places to eat

Would definitely recommend JC Vacation Homes, been going to Orlando for 22 years and never stayed in a villa before but now there’s no going back to hotels! The villa was immaculate and the hosts were amazing and so helpful with any queries we had. The service from beginning to end was great. Will definitely be using JC Vacation Homes in the future!

If I could give it zero stars I would Highly disgusted with the property me and my family stayed at in Florida the house was infested with roaches and the host tried to accuse us of bringing them saying they never had roaches there even through there was a can of raid under the sink then she tried to switch it up and say all Florida homes have roaches. We complained almost everyday about the roaches but the host did not care

These homes are absolute to die for, they’re stunning.
The whole booking experience was professional, no long delays between emails and all our needs were met, even car hire etc organised before our arrival.
The house we stayed in was spotless and felt like a home from home. Can’t recommend JC Vacation Homes enough, our friend recommended them to us, we’re so glad and we can’t wait to return next year!
