I love food. I love to enjoy it, and I love to understand what it can do for my body. Nutrition has been an interest for close to 20 years, and I'm so grateful that I am able to have this be my work. The decision to get certification as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner came when I had toxic mold exposure and lyme in 2014.

I felt terrible, despite eating mostly organic, and a generally healthy diet. My diet needed refining and I needed more support to work through that time. I feel the best I have in my entire adult life. I have more work to do, but I also appreciate where I'm at. I love to use what I've learned to help others.

Nutrition therapy is a way of attaining health and balance, by supporting the 5 foundations of health. When the foundations are in balance, the body should function with ease. The purpose of nutrition therapy is to create an environment in the body that is uninhabitable to unfriendly microbes, and strengthen a body that is able to fight off infection and illness.
