Although my rent has increased no up grades have been to my apartment. Old carpet, old wood cabinets falling apart, bad plumbing, windows not sealed properly. The rent I'm paying would not be bad if the apartment matched the rent increase. At this point I really don't have a choice to stay here because I really don't have the time to look for another affordable place to live and I believe that property owners know this so they take advantage of tenants. Since I lived here I've complained about my Windows and my answer was its not a necessary problem. So theses are my complaints. I doubt if anything

These places would good when woodside management own them ever sent pinnacle took over its gone down hill the maintenance guys are lazy and they don't know what they are doing our waterheater went out and they made us wait 4 days before they replaced it and they say they are a smoke free community but our neighbors smoke weed and it comes in our unit and we call them and the corporate office and they haven't done anything about it and it continues to happen i will never rent there again and I would encourage no one else to either.

This complex is marketed as "luxury apartments", and they are not. They have grimey old kitchen cabinets, and heavy, dirty, old windows. The faucets are cheap and ugly. The wooden fences are rotten/rotting.
The spa never works, it's always cold.
There is no fitness studio or gym; those reviews are wildly incorrect. Must be fake reviews.
When it rains, the water goes through your upstairs neighbor's deck, and drenches your patio and anything on it. Hopefully your upstairs neighbor keeps their patio clean.
Their maintenance response is hit and miss.
Their security is a miss.

So I'm not an "over rater" to me 4stars represents everything and more you should expect in service from a business. 5stars to me is the unicorn rating. This Apartment community is amazing! Chris gave me a tour treated me like I was world class. Offered us anything we could possibly imagine was spot on with his answers to my difficult questions. Safe to say the Complex was impeccable the atmosphere was perfect the amenities were way more than expected. Definitely recommend this place especially work with Chris Green

Recently toured around Stoneridge apartments and let me just say this place is amazing! I had Christopher show me around his hospitality is through the charts. The community was beautiful and they even had a fitness studio attached to their massive gym, still hoping to find something in my price range but excellent spot to see.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails. close to all mall,stores ,freeway
