The Doctor I was scheduled with told me I needed a certain treatment done for the next 6 months so I couldn’t do a regular cleaning. I just wanted my wisdom tooth pulled but they were suggesting I just start a PP and get everything done. I went to another Dental office, I was able to do a cleaning and I didn’t need any treatment plan of what she told me I needed.. and half the price I would have paid here. Nice office, front desk receptionist was super sweet.

Westgreen Dental has been amazing since day one of our first visit. Every visit has been great considering the fact that I have 4 small ones that sometimes can be impatience. We’re called to the back within minutes of completing Covid screening. The staff always go to great lengths to make sure they are comfortable. And the office is always nice and clean.

As Rick White stated they Try and take your money with out of pocket costs. They tried to charge me over $70 per quadrant, when my insurance confirmed it was supposed to be $20 dollars per quadrant. Then they tried to charge me $55 dollars for a Medicated rinse 4 times while doing a deep clean. My insurance told them while I was there on the phone, that the medicated rinse they will use is covered since it's an anti bacterial one. They then changed the rinse to a generic rinse and sent me a new Procedure plan. So now the new procedure plan, now fixed it to a $20 dollars per quadrant but changed

I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time but they were very patient and understanding. They explained things without belittling or being condescending. As soon as Dr. Suhail Genesis noticed any discomfort she offered to numb me. Any discomfort was more to do with my own lack of care for the past 10 years which left my gums more sensitive the usual and she also had to get IN THERE to make sure the job was done correctly. I am extremely appreciative of their help!!

I absolutely loved it. I had stopped going to dentists overall due to a PAST horrible experience in my hometown. I was very scared of going but as soon as I entered I was greeted with nothing but kindness. The ladies were very professional , very sweet. The dentist that attended me was Dr. Suhail , she ,hands down, was the BEST dentist I have ever had. The Dental assistants that helped us were Genesis and Nhi , I could very easily speak with them and feel comfortable. They didn't judge me on my teeth , they were all very kind ,professional , . This is the friendliest, fastest, and most professional dentist office I’ve ever been to. If you’re wondering where to go for a checkup or to get work done, this is the place! Everyone I spoke with from the front desk to the actual dentist was extremely cheerful and welcoming to me.
