An amount equivalent to the fair market value of the stolen or damaged property immediately preceding the loss. For real property, this amount can be based on a determination of the fair market value of the property before and after the loss. For vehicles, this amount can be determined by local area private party sales and dealer quotations for comparable vehicles.

Mitchell phoned me at work one day out of nowhere asking if I recalled seeing a one-million dollar bill in a letter he sent me. Insurance is important, to be sure, but the only way I can feed and house my family is through my job and the money it provides. Mitchell is a smart man, he knows that if every insurance agent in Chicago called everybody at work, nobody could get anything done. Spoke to Debbie and she was extremely rude. Extremely unhelpful. Very short mean and condescending. Would not recommend going here and i felt compelled to go out of my way to leave a bad review even though I am extremely busy. She was also not helpful or knowledgeable on basic insurance prices and policies.

I have been using Mitchell for my vehicle insurance since moving to Chicago over a year ago, and am now using him for property insurance. He is very knowledgeable on all things insurance, Chicago, cars and real estate. He has answers to questions you didn't even know to ask.
