I've always known I wanted to get into the insurance industry because I've been surrounded by insurance my entire life. My father was a State Farm agent, so I've always been familiar State Farm's excellent reputation and level of service. I started working in claims with State Farm back in 1988 and after a few years realized that I wanted to be able to forge a more meaningful relationship with customers.
I've always enjoyed building relationships so opening an agency of my own made sense. I proudly opened the doors to my agency in Cook County back in 1995. I love Chicago, it has been my home for my entire life. The people here are so hardworking and loyal and the city is very family orientated. I am so glad I had the opportunity to open my business here.

My fiancé and I currently visited the State Farm Ins Agcy Inc and Angelica(Account Representative) was amazingly helpful and gave us an amazing quote. The staff is friendly super knowledgeable and I would highly recommend it to our friends and family. My fiancé and I are super happy we join the Bill Klinowski State Farm Family!!!! Sure better than our old insurance provider.

Many of today's agents are just looking for a sale and don’t know their products and services. I personally work in insurance and was shopping around for a new carrier. I was looking for that unique experience you can’t get anywhere else. The comfort of being able to ask as many questions regarding the coverages, exclusions and claims processes is important. My parents chose Bill for their home and car insurance many years ago. Once I started driving and was also insured I knew the reason why! They treat you like family, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they get back to you right away. Jane , Nancy and the rest of the staff always give great customer service.
