How does this company have 1 star? WOW, this has got to be the worst company on the planet. My moms car was hit by drunk who had Lincoln Auto Insurance. Well, let me correct that, by a drunk who was able to get insurance that would cover his multiple drunken accidents. Apparently my moms car was not the first or second time for this repeat offender. If Lincoln Auto Insurance Agency is putting drunks on the road, that says a lot about what is important to them. DO YOUR HOMEWORK PLEASE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, WELL UNLESS YOU HAVE MULTIPLE DUI'S.

Great customer support. Marty was responsive and polite. She is the truth. She got back to me on two issues quickly, and even apologized when she caught a verbal mistake she had made previously. Nowadays customer service reps don't follow up or even think about an apology. Marty was great.
