Since when has it become fashionable to bully people because their viewpoint differs from you or are you just catering to Republicans. Yours would not be the first place I boycotted because of your blatant and total disrespect for our President. I hope you don't need any FEMA help after Hurriscan Ida.

Grace is the owner and is more than fair and very easy to work with. She is down to earth and has compassion. I had the pleasure of renting through her many years ago and was a tenant for 5 years. I never had any problems with having her as a property manager of my rented residence. I highly renting through Sea Grace, North Beach Realtor.

We have been renting from and working with Grace and Erik at North Beach Realtors for the last 8 or 9 years. We always have a great vacation and a positive experience working with them. They are very professional but very friendly at the same time. On the rear occasion that something might not be working right at one of the properties we have rented they are very responsive and have the issue taken care of promptly. North Beach Realtors are terrific! We have been dealing with Grace and Erik for the past 12 years, and will never change realtors. We love going to Ocean City every year, and they always accommodate our needs. They are always polite, responsive, and super friendly when dealing on the phone or email. I can’t even imagine some of the low star ratings on their site— they continually accommodate our needs and wishes very promptly, and with great professionalism. I cannot imagine a better place to deal with for our OC vacation needs!!

Terrible experience renting with North Beach reality from the start. Grace was very attitudinal from the start. constant problems arose since we arrived at our rental when things were claimed to be new and stuff was constantly breaking which we were later charged for even though it wasn’t our fault. The ac in the house was locked and set to a very high temperature making it very uncomfortable and when we contacted Grace she was being very difficult in helping us and persistent in the fact that there was no lock which in fact there was. This place is a big scam never rent with them.

Grace was awesome through the whole rental process. I wanted to switch my week because of this whole coronavirus and she was more than willing to work with me. I was nervous because I had booked before everything happened and I didn't purchase the insurance. I didn't have to worry about that even after my original place decided they didn't want to rent to people this year. This was my first time using them to rent for the week and i am so happy I did. Thank you we had a great week at the shore!

North Beach Realtors are professional and hard working. They are attentive to details, and are always courteous. Grace and her staff are quick to answer questions and return messages. The units they rent are all well screened and personally checked out for cleanliness.
