My partner and I have a great experience doing business with C.A White. The staff are always super helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. They answer every question we had very quickly and make sure we had a smooth moving in. Maintenance is very responsive and helpful. We have wonderful experience living in 84 Howe st.

I have lived at Campus View for about a year and half and have really enjoyed my one bedroom apartment! The location is fantastic - a few minutes walk to downtown New Haven and to the Yale campus. Maintenance is very responsive with upkeep, especially for an older building. And there are always new amenities being added, like a new recently installed package locker! CA White has been a great property manager and I would definitely recommend living in one of their buildings.

The landlords were great! Very accessible and always answered my questions and solved problems very timely. Maintenance here is also great. My requests were always answered the same day. The apartments are pretty nice for an older building (Campus View) and the price was great for the studio I got. I liked how close I was to downtown and the streets were pretty populated at night. I never felt worried walking home at night by myself. Would definitely recommend living here!

I have lived in Campus View at two different times and both experiences were great. The leasing staff is extremely friendly and I have never had a problem with the building management. The building is older, but it has been well maintained and everything works. There are constant improvements to meet tenant needs. I don't have to wait to use the laundry and there is a secure parcel delivery box in the lobby. I am also lucky enough to have new hardwood floors in my unit. New Haven is full of horrible landlords and horror stories, so it is a relief to know there is a great place in such a convenient

I had a wonderful experience living at 84 Howe Street in a studio apartment. CA White was easy to work with and made my three years in my apartment comfortable. There was also good communication anytime there was a something coming up in the building like maintenance or an exterminator coming around for routine check ups. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to others!

I stayed here for 4 years, and I have no regrets. The staff are super friendly and will always help you out. I had a studio on the fourth floor with lots of sunlight in the morning, I really loved it. I only left because I had to go to a different state for work reasons.. I would've stayed if I had the choice. Also, if I ever come back to live in New Haven, this place will be my first choice!

I spent two years living in a C.A. White apartment; the experience was fantastic. Management is responsive and proactive about building and unit issues. Maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally. If an appliance isn't working, they will buy a new one. Many New Haven landlords are infamous for their lackluster service. C.A. White is a sterling alternative. Corrine and Sandi—the agents for my building (the CenterPointe)—were a joy to work with.
