Terrible service, I not only witnessed it first hand but with others not being assisted properly while shopping.
I specially asked what the return policy was at checkout as there is no sign to disclose it. The employee said as long as there is a tag, receipt and brought back w/i 30 day's an item could be refunded. I brought back 1 of the 4 items I had bought within 5 days and they now claim it's store credit only. I asked if there was a sign to disclose that because that's not what I was told, and the two young girls pointed to the counter where a paper was once taped but no longer

Spent about 15 minutes walking around this store. I'm six months pregnant looking to spoil by baby and no one would say one word to me. No hello, no can I help you find anything, nothing. I was thinking of having my registry there or at least picking a bunch of really cute things out there for my baby but the 4+ store associates wouldn't even greet me, with a total of 3 customers (including myself) in the store. Awful customer service.

Very nice small toy store with good products . Reasonable prices. Downside is that sales people are very hovering unlike big department stores. Felt attacked as soon as I walked in. One Sales person mentioned she used to work for trump and that led to her tirade how much she supports and loves him. Very uncomfortable political discussion for me. She yelled at me when I asked her to take price off before she wrapped toy. If you like to shop independently without a personal shopper breathing down your neck this may not be the place for you.

Very large selection of kickee pants and cute dresses , there's a lot going on and definitely spend a lot of time in this store . I went a little to crazy but love that they have a large selection on baby clothes and matching kids dresses ! Who doesn't love matching siblings ! The customer service was okay , some people were a lot nicer than others . I had this blonde older lady that was really rude . I was next in line and she told me o can go to the back of the store to do my purchase so she can check someone else out but I told her no I'm not moving . I asked if they have military

The cutest clothes & gifts, which is the only reason I keep going & gave it 2 stars. I never receive service, not even a hello - barely even a smile. Today I at least got an "excuse me" as a sales associate needed to get past me while my hands were full of product that I did purchase. If anyone has recommendations of other stores who offer similar products, let me know because I'm all about taking my business elsewhere. They clearly don't want/need it here.

Being a new dad, I get nervous about EVERYTHING. I hated going to Babies R Us because I always felt clueless, and the staff wasn't very much help. Yet they were the closest to me. However, once they closed, my wife and I had to find a new place to shop for my son. A friend of mine recommended Baby Bliss. I gave it a shot, and couldn't have been more satisfied. I always make sure I talk to Steven. He's the one who always helps us. He's knowledgeable about pretty much everything when it comes to baby products and safety. He even made sure my car seat was properly installed. Shout

I love this place! Honestly, if you go, they're usually busy. But everytime we have gone we ask for Steven and he has been super helpful. He's the one who checked our carseat, sold us on the uppababy Vista and who we expect to go see when our new baby girl arrives!
Expect to pay a bit more for the quality of products that are sold here. Everything is so worth it for us as long as our kids get the best and having great help and answers when we need them is just a plus! They are wayyyyy better than baby's r us ever was and buy buy baby could ever be.

Great baby and tween store in Snider Plaza. Seriously, there are LOTS of baby boutiques, but only ONE Baby Bliss! You can buy almost anything your baby needs here, from clothes, toys, books, strollers, cribs, car seats, wtc, or they even have a design center where you can customize you colors and fabrics, etc.
I should also mention that they have very helpful staff!

I was so excited to swing by babybliss after watching online videos but could not have been more disappointed by the poor customer service, limited selection of items in store and lack of space to try products, namely strollers.
I emailed three times before visiting to ask about products to try and appointments and didn't hear back.
Overall, a very poor experience.

This store is amazing! I came in to look for a baby gift for my friend in CA and this store blew me away! Not only do they have an awesome selection of baby gear and gifts but the staff is so sweet and accommodating. They have all the brands you're looking for without overcharging you! Their gift wrapping too is unlike any other store I have been to. My friend loved her stuff has sent me back to buy her more when I see her next month.

I wanted a certain Best Chair and all the furniture stores I looked at were ridiculously priced. I found Baby Bliss and was able to order the chair & ottoman I wanted, in the color I wanted, with their white glove service delivery for less than other places wanted for just the chair. It was a great experience working with Maryanne to get it ordered. Baby Bliss has a lot of other cute items and clothes. Thank goodness, I didn't know if we were having a boy or girl at the time, but planning to trip back in to shop for our new Baby Girl!

I am so shocked by the low ratings for this store. A good friend of mine directed me to come here when I told her I was looking for a Bringing Home Baby outfit for my soon-to-be little girl. I had gone everywhere from Nordstroms to Carters and wasn't satisfied. I walked in to BabyBliss and immediately saw a few items that I wanted to nab.
The people who worked here were very friendly - a lady helped me immediately locate a few optional outfits and was glad to show me around. The best thing about BabyBliss is the selection they have in-store. There are a few boutiques in Northpark such as

This is such a cute store in the University Park area, specifically in Snider Plaza. They have a large collection of clothes and plenty of products for newborns and infants.
Towards the back of the store is their furniture, which includes: cribs, strollers, chairs, dressers, bassinet.
Some price points seem high, but the quality is worth it!

Customer service is great. The price point is above average, the selection of merchandise is small...but what is offered is stylish. I popped in to grab a gift card for a friend's registry and gender reveal party. It was a quick and painless process and I was impressed with the quality and care shown toward gift wrapping my gift card. Seriously, that gift card was the prettiest gift card presentation I've seen. Pop in; give them a whirl.

Loved visiting this little baby boutique while I was in Dallas visiting a friend! It is located in a very busy shopping center close to SMU. Therefore - parking is kind of a nightmare. We were here on a weekday, so I can imagine trying to come down here on the weekends is even worse. I also happened to be driving my 3500 dualie diesel and jeeze, it was tough maneuvering around and finding a place to park!
The store is on the small side and kind of crowded, but they have many, many cute items for babies and toddlers alike. My friend and I purchased shoes and heart sunglasses for my 4-month old

In my head that averages out to 3 stars. Sounds about right.
Seriously, NONE of the workers will speak to you in there. I guess that's good for people who like silent shopping.
They sell everything from clothes to blankets to cribs and strollers. They even have a design studio in the back where you can design your own crib, changing table and upholster your own gliding chair. (Read: you can design your own nursery if you want to drop $4k or $5k. I'm pretty sure my child will puke and pee on a $300 crib just fine.)
