I've been shopping at Cotton Island since high school! That's 20 years! I've been shopping at the Plano location for the past 8 years. Every time I'm there I see a smiling face, great customer service, fabulous clothing, shoes, accessories and more! Not to mention it's where I get all my gifts. If I can't make it into the store, online shopping is right at my finger tips. By far my favorite boutique in Dallas and Plano!

I've been to this location many times. The employees at this store are always upbeat and knowledgeable. They are always willing to give their honest opinion and I really do feel like they care about me when I shop here.
My mom has been in this store with me before too and even commented on how nice and helpful the employees are!The store is very clean and extremely well organized.
The quality of the products is high and the prices are reasonable to combat that. They have a wide selection of great brands (Free People, Show Me Your Mumu, Wildfox, Michael Stars, etc.) and are always getting

Welp. I'll just say that these gals who work here need to learn what customer service is. I went in there clearly looking for something specific and all I got were two girls who decided to give me the most fake - closed mouth smile I've ever seen. No "hello", no "how may I help you?", nothing. The rest of them (about 3) thought it would be a good idea to all stand behind the counter and chat about their drama. I worked in retail for about 10 years before running out and I never once treated a customer like that. My advice - try to find a little passion and purpose

Amazing find. This is a great boutique filled with a variety of clothing, accessory and shoe styles. I particularly enjoy the fun and affordable sweaters available here. What I would typically spend on one article of clothing got me five shopping here and the quality of clothing is wonderful! I highly recommend this boutique to everyone...there really is something for anyone who has any kind of style.

Come here for a carefully curated and very overpriced selection of woman's clothing, shoes and accessories. I have a few cute things from here, and I've been able to snag some pretty good deals off the sale rack. The sales staff can be helpful, but is also often snotty. I still have Michael Stars tees that I bought here years ago - the quality on most items seems to be good, and all are very very trendy.
