Hip Hip Hooray is Dallas' premier classic children's clothing boutique, established in 1999. We are a family owned boutique, started in Snider Plaza by designer Jennifer Howell. Together with her sister, Janel, the two carefully curate a beautiful selection of exclusive offerings to dress your child, head to toe.
We carry a variety of premium brands including Anavini, Auraluz, Florence Eiseman, Kissy Kissy, Footmates, The Proper Peony and Bailey Boys. Items purchased at regular price may be returned for an exchange or full store credit within 10 days of purchase. Store credit will be filed under customers name and never expires.

Janel and her team will work above and beyond to create anything or find whatever you can imagine. Hip hip hooray has created multiple customized shirts, dresses, bloomers—the list could go on and on...most recently I loved a new dress they had received in store. It was sold out, but Janel worked her magic and found it! It’s my go-to store, and I live outside of the DFW metroplex. In hip hip hooray I trust.

I had bluebonnet pictures done about a week ago, I went in to see Janelle to ask her about my sons outfit I had picked out. We decided the one I had picked out at home wasn't going to work, so we picked an outfit out there and she had it monogrammed within hours since I had pictures that night!!! That is top customer service and that is hard to find! I'll always remember it and continue shopping at such an adorable boutique with the best staff!!

I recently had a very poor experience at Hip Hip Hooray. I bought a baby girls swimsuit for a baby shower for $40. I later tried to exchange it for a larger size and in checking out they told me I owed them $20, because the item was actually $60 and they had accidentally mismarked the swimsuit. I said to them that I should not have to pay the extra $20 for their mistake. I had my receipt for the $40 purchase and they would not budge, in fact, they were quite rude. They also would not credit back my credit card - only store credit! No thanks. For this reason, I have to give them 1 star. There are
