Remedy RX

Went in to get my booster shot, had no appointment and i was able to walk in and he one on site. the owner was very nice and kind and asked if i had question or concerned, they were very fast and effective and i'd recommend to anyone!

11/12/21 Nice pharmacy--very friendly and efficient.
They were especially good with my 6 year old's C19 vaccination. We'll be returning for follow up and future immunizations here.

Lovely pharmacy located at this shopping center. They have a great selection of essential oils and pretty little fun wine gifts, like umbrellas, key chains, and compacts. Wonderful staff who are always on hand to give you any info you might need about your prescription. They were even doing a Covid clinic on Saturdays this month.

Great pharmacy! If you appreciate and like to show your support for small businesses, this is a great place to start! Their staff is kind, friendly and competent, with extra special attention to detail. They will definitely take care of you and your family.

3.24.2021 Dr. Puja Khana, owner and pharmacist, is awesome! I love Remedy RX Pharmacy! I just received my second Covid vaccination and I am incredibly grateful! What an amazing service Dr. Khana and her staff provide to our community! Everything was organized and smooth! I felt completely safe and confident! Thank you Dr. Khana!

Came for COVID vaccine. Everyone was so nice and really helpful! And I’m there’s a really cute gift shop! Did not feel like a sad, sterile pharmacy. I’ll definitely transfer my stuff here.

Received my 1st dose Covid vaccine today. Nick was extremely helpful and engaging. Pharmacy was clean and organized for immunization of the vaccine. We were checked on several times during waiting period after the shot. They were recently added to Placer county clinics for the Covid vaccination. This was a wonderful addition to the available clinics in our county. I hope they get to continue provide Covid vaccinations through the rest of the year.

The staff is great , professional and very accommodating. They also make sure that everyone has mask not only to protect themselves but also their patrons. Great job!!!!

Remedy RX is the only pharmacy I have actually enjoyed doing business with. Pierce and Puja are some of the most knowledgeable, personable, kind pharmacists I have ever met. Their compound pharmacy is second to none in this area. I can't stress enough how much easier life is not going to a "pill mill" such as a CVS etc... Remedy is the only pharmacy I will ever go to.

Every now and then, through no intentional fault of anyone in particular, things get messed up. How things are made right determines the integrity of the individual or business who erred. Such a mess- up happened today. Remedy rx did absolutely EVERYTHING possible to rectify it! I will continue to recommend them!!! I am more impressed than I would have been if everything had gone perfectly!

My wife and I have been customers at Remedy Rx for a few months. Our experiences over the years at other compounding pharmacies ranged from good to incredibly frustrating. Our interactions with Remedy Rx have been very positive. They have excellent customer service. Their prices are competitive. They do not use preservatives. The head pharmacist, Puja, went out of her way to make getting our medications convenient for us. They work well with our prescribing doctor. Everyone there has been pleasant to speak with. We're glad we found them.

I saw great reviews of this pharmacy online, so thought it would be awesome to support a small local pharmacy instead of the mega-pharmacy close to my house. I tried Remedy Rx three times, and there was always something wrong that began with "I'm sorry sir, but [we were out of small bottles and your insurance won't cover big bottles] or [the small distributor we buy from does not carry that medication]". What's worse is I don't get a courtesy call on this in before picking up, so make the trip from Citrus Heights to Roseville for nothing. I'm going back to

This has happened twice. This pharmacy insists they faxed refills to MD office. Office, both times, states they did not receive. MD also states she did not receive refill request. Mother went without medication six days including over 3-day holiday weekend. Transferring all prescriptions to another pharmacy. Do not recommend.

It's been a great experience as a new customer. Love that they'll organize the meds for me into a nest package so that I can dispense them to my daughter in the morning, afternoon, and evening very easily. Allows me to share meds with her father living another home easily as well. Trust that sI'll update in couple months to let you know how the experience has been.

The minute you walk through the door you are greeted and told how long it will be before they can assist you. Everyone is smiling and so helpful. They took time to explain how it should be applied and what to expect. They also took the time to explain how it is made and how it is to be stored. This is my first time and I was very impressed! Nice place, nice people, could not have asked for me! Oh, and they text you when your prescription is available.

Best compounding pharmacy around! Love that they even deliver. Great service and always ensures my prescription is delivered on time!

Cannot understand the positive reviews...We wish we had really taken seriously the negative reviews.

This was our experience: We called Remedy Rx first to check on the cost of a prescription and spoke with the Pharmacist directly...we asked her TWICE the exact amount and was given the price which we wrote down...THEN we called our physician and had him transfer our prescription from our regular pharmacy to Remedy.

We waited a day then called Remedy to check if the prescription was ready. What a shock when we were told the prescription cost was TWICE what was quoted! What happened

I just love this place. I was referred here by our fertility specialist for special medication and they are wonderful, always so kind, quick and friendly. I didn't know they'd be closed on January 2nd for new year's day and I was completely out of my medication. One of the employees (I forget her name) was nice enough to call me back and fill my prescription anyway. I was so thankful and what great customer service!

I just switched to Remedy RX for my compounded scripts. They are nice on the phone, and nice in the store as well. The price on my scripts is lower which is a huge plus along with the great customer service how can you go wrong! The new customer gift was a great surprise! I'm really glad I am a new client. They will also transfer your prescriptions for you so the switch was effortless on my part.
